-> Luke:
The guys and I were back in town, taking a break from tour. We were walking around the plaza, enjoying the time we have back home. While we were walking I spotted a familiar face walking our way. It was Y/N. I haven't seen her since the last time I was home. Also when we broke up. This is exactly what I didn't want to happen, but yet it did. And the worse part was, she seemed to be with some other guy holding hands, a big smile on her face. I remember when that used to be me. When I was the one who would make her smile that big. I snapped myself out of my thoughts when I saw that they were getting closer to us. Cal looks over at me whispering, "You okay, mate?" I look at him, giving him a small nod. I really didn't want to see or talk to her especially since she's with another guy, but I don't have control over what happens.
"Oh look! It's Y/N!" Ashton says cheerfully once we get close enough to her.
"Ash! Cal! Mikey!" Y/N says happily when she sees the boys.
That's fine, don't say my name or say hi. I thought.
"Hey, Luke." She says a bit awkwardly.
"Uh.. Hi, Y/N." I stutter awkwardly.
"This is, Daniel, my boyfriend." She introduces the guy she's with.
We all shake hands with him, even me. That's the polite thing to do.
"We don't want to keep you occupied. It was nice seeing you though, Y/N." Ash says.
"It was great seeing you all again. I hope to see you again before you leave." Y/N smiles.
That smile. How much I miss waking up to that beautiful smile. What's done is done though. We decided to break away from each other, and now there is nothing I can do because she's with someone else who makes her happy.
-> Ashton:
I was walking around the park with Cal just getting some fresh air. We saw a guy selling ice cream so we decided to walk over and buy some. As we made our way over to the ice cream man, I heard a very familiar laugh from behind us. I turned to see who the laugh came from and my eyes made eye contact with her. I quickly turn away, not wanting to see her. She was with some guy, the both of them walking very close to each other, huge smiles on both their faces. Just seeing her smile so big by the side of another guy broke my heart. I shook my head, telling myself to stop thinking about what Y/N and I had. Only if it was that easy to forget what the two of us had.
"Cal? Is that you?" I hear Y/N's voice call out.
Calum turns around and smiles. "Y/N! Hey."
"Hi, Ash." She smiles kindly.
"Hey, Y/N." I say, her name being hard to leave my lips again.
She introduces us to her boyfriend. It stung a little hearing that he's her new boyfriend. I honestly just wanted to leave because I couldn't handle being near Y/N after the break up. Even though we broke up about 2 months ago, I can't forget about her so easily like she did. But I'm happy for her; she deserves to be happy with someone else who can make her days better. And sadly that isn't me anymore.
