Nandini's pov
I woke up feeling someone patting my hair making me open my eyes
"Good morning doll" bhai said
"Good Morning bhai" I whispered
"Its 10 doll, its time for breakfast and navya and I have to leave in 45 minutes" he said making me wide awake
"Where" I asked getting up
"I have a early lunch meeting with a client then navya wants to go see her parents so we should be back around 9 or 10" he said and I nodded
"By the way Manik is coming over"
"Why" I asked even though I was happy that he was coming over
"To be with you while we aren home, don't yank his hair out and let him work if he wants" he said and I pouted
"That happened one time okay" I said remembering this one time he came over and he wouldn't give me my chocolate so I yanked his hair when he was munching on it. This was when I was 20 and we weren't dating, we actually despised each other
"It still happened" he chuckled walking outside
I grabbed my phone and saw a message from him, 'good morning love, I dont know if cabir told you but im coming over later, I love you, I hope you slept well'
'Good morning mani, he did and I slept good. I love you. I hope you slept well' I replied
After replying I opened my curtains and saw manik's curtains opened already so I knew he was either showering or downstairs. I quickly showered and put on shorts and a long t shirt becasue why the freak not. I walked downstairs to see bhai and Manik asking while navya was putting her heels on
"Good morning bhabhi, you look gorgeous' I siad kissing her cheek
"Morning baby, thank you" she kissed my cheek
"Navya lets go" we heard bhai
"Good morning mani"
"Morning nandini" he replied with a teasing smile
"Manik call me if she is being fussy about something and do not let her go out alone, go with her" he explained to Manik
"Dude its not the first time, I know" he said and bhai chuckled
"Well last time you were sleeping and she was having ice cream sitting on the floor when we came back" he said and I giggled
"I got it dude" Manik said
"Bye Choti, call me if you need anything and take care of yourself" bhai siad and I nodded
"You too bhai, and have a great date bhabhi" I teased while they chuckled going out
I closed the doors once they left and jumped in manik's arms, he laughed catching me in his arms. He placed a kiss on my ear and sat down on the couch with me on top of him
"Is my Jaan happy" he asked
"Super happy, bhai spoke to me, he said he loves me and and he said he was sorry and it will never happen again" I mummbled and a smile adored his face
"Im so happy for you jaan"
"Thank you, and im sorry for all the times I have hurt you because I was hurt" I spoke and he pulled me closer by my waist
"You have never hurt me intentionally and it's okay I understand everything and I'm so happy that finally cabir and you are on the same page" he said
"Manik don't you have some work" I asked and he nodded
"I do but it's okay"
"No don't neglect work for me, how about you work and ill watch youtube" I suggested and he smirked
"What kind of videos baby" he asked
"Ummm i wanna watch this movie" I said
"I can show you something else darling" he said placing his hands on my hips
"Oh im sure you can mr malhotra but right now we cannot" I said
"No one is home except us" he pointed out
"Oh I know that but"
"But what baby" he pulled me closer
"Manik shh not" I said kissing his lips and stepping down from his lap fixing my shorts
"Ya ya just turn me on and leave me hanging" he mumbled making me laugh
"Wanna take a cold shower handsome" I teased
"Shut up" he said putting a pillow on his lap
"Oh don't cover it" I teased and he groaned frustratedly
"Nandini don't temp me or im not gonna leave you" he said and I walked behind him putting my arms around his neck
"Im tempting hmm" I asked kissing his neck
"That's it" he said and I ran up I knew what I was doing
I ran in my room and shut the door, I knew he would knock so I grabbed a pillow to hit him once he comes in, I opened the door and peaked but didn't see him
"Looking for me" I heard him in my ear as his arms wrapped around my waist making me jump a little
"Haww how did you get here so fast" I asked and he turned me around picking me up
I wrapped my legs around his was it as he carried me downstairs.
"So what does my baby wanna eat"
"Umm Maggie" I said and he shook his head
"No Maggie for you, how about I make a yummy pasta" he asked and I nodded
"Only if it's yumm" I siad licking my lips
"When have I ever made you eat something that doesn't taste good" he asked and I giggled
"Wanna just run away somewhere" I asked and he nodded
"Wherever you want, pick a place and duration and ill get tickets" he siad placing me on the counter and pecking my lips
"I was kidding manik"
"Im not, I wanna go out with you. I want to sleep with you and no I don't mean sex I mean cuddle and waking up seeing your face, sleeping with your face beside me. I want to be with you at all times Nandini, I don't want to think about cabin's timings to meet you"
"Im sorry that I didn't tell him yesterday" I said
"It''s okay but can we just tell him" he asked
"Yes just tell him and let me know" I spoke
"Are you sure" he asked
"Yes, I keep saying no or prolonging it so now that he is okay with me then I don't care when or how we tell him" I siad and he smiled
"We can tell him tom morning" he said and I nodded
"Do you think he will be upset" I asked biting my nails
"Not sure, but you have to stop biting your nails" he said pulling my hand out of my mouth
He pecked my lips smiling against my lips and we started making pasta. It took a little longer because both of us were running around chasing each other like kids. When we finished cooking we put on a movie and ate In one plate cause he already knows I won't eat much
