Unlike Shao Yue's Spirits, Liezhu actually enjoyed talking. Perhaps the thousands of years of loneliness had gotten to her.

Despite being essentially a prisoner, she took it much better than Cai Fei had. For her, five hundred years was truly a small span. She decided to enjoy it and be friendly, for the most part.

"That girl really does have a Frozen Soul," Liezhu observed, her voice echoing in Shao Yue's mind.

"Is there anything special I should know about it?" Shao Yue asked.

"Not really, it's entirely upside," Liezhu replied. "She'll advance very quickly through the Nascent Soul and Soul Manifestation Realms. She should reach peak Nascent Soul in a year."

A year to reach the peak of the Nascent Soul Realm was unheard of, even to Shao Yue. Even with her tyrannically powerful soul, it had still taken her two years to go through it. She couldn't imagine what benefits the so-called Frozen Soul was giving to Cai Fei.

Cai Fei glanced over. "Why are you smiling to yourself?"

"Oh, I was just thinking about how fortunate I am to have met you," Shao Yue replied.

"Wha?!" Cai Fei sharply turned her face away. "Don't say romantic things like that, it's not like you."

"It's true, though. You're constantly exceeding my expectations and hopes."

Liezhu continued on. "Although, her Frozen Soul can't match your Law Body in terms of desirability. Soul Manifestation Realm cultivators are the bulk of most great forces, so being able to reach the peak isn't that impressive in the grand scheme of things. Your Law Body will help you through both Law Integration and Dao Integration, which is a much bigger deal."

"Which realm is Dao Integration?"

"Two above Soul Manifestation."

So, the realm above the Transcendent Realm, Shao Yue thought, grinning again.

Cai Fei had learned her lesson and didn't question Shao Yue's grin the second time. They chatted about what they'd done and seen inside the domain while they walked back to their residence. Once inside, Cai Fei pulled out all the storage treasures she'd found and Shao Yue sorted through the contents.

They ended up in four piles. First, the most common ores and gems that they could sell in bulk. Then, the ones that would be best to action off. Third, the ones that would have to be sold on underground markets to get the best price. And finally, the ones they personally needed and wouldn't sell.

They would sell the first pile over the coming month to build funds for the auction, where they would also put up the items in the second pile. They'd save the third pile to sell at a better location.

Cai Fei trusted Shao Yue's judgement. The latter brought out her own gains that fit into the "sell now" category to have them all in one place.

Neither of them had had a proper meal for a week, so Cai Fei went over to the kitchen and prepared several things. Noodles, rice, bread, soup, fish, dumplings, and a few different spirit fruits.

Liezhu hadn't had a proper meal in, well, ever. She was quite intrigued by the food. Shao Yue let her out.

"This is Liezhu," Shao Yue said, gesturing to the small girl. "For the next five hundred years, she'll be my contracted monster beast. Liezhu, this is Cai Fei, my fiancee."

"Nice to meet you," Cai Fei said. "What kind of monster beast are you?"

"I'm a Dragon Devouring Spider," Liezhu said proudly. "When I fully mature, I'll be a grade twelve monster beast!"
