Shao Yue descended the stairs and joined Zhu Jiao at a table in the central pavilion.

"Yue, I know you aren't interested in accepting more disciples, but..."

Zhu Jiao waved her hand. Jade slip after jade slip fell from her storage ring and clattered onto the table. After a few moments, they numbered at least five hundred.

"Every one of these is someone asking to join our peak," Zhu Jiao explained. "And we're getting more each day."

Shao Yue thought about it for a moment, then grabbed a jade slip and read it. Then she took the next one and proceeded on until she'd read twenty.

"I see." Shao Yue reclined in her chair. "Well, we're only using a small portion of the peak. We still have plenty of space on the mountain where people can live if they want."

Zhu Jiao nodded. "Then, should I allow them to move in?"

"Not yet. Let's prepare an appropriate place." Shao Yue looked up at the ceiling. "Fei, what materials would you need to arrange two areas with privacy and world energy gathering arrays? One fifty kilometers in diameter, the other one hundred."

"They'll be less effective the larger they are," Cai Fei replied through divine sense. "But, the materials are..."

Shao Yue took out a blank jade slip and recorded it all. "And for an isolation room?"

Cai Fei listed more materials.

Shao Yue added them to the list, then added a few more things and gave the jade slip to Zhu Jiao. "Okay, put out a mission notice. The mission is to collect all of these materials. The reward is that the Rainbow Mist Peak will open to disciples. It's a collective mission, so people can contribute what they can."

She continued, "As for the rules of the peak, we'll only accept female disciples. Anyone at Spiritual Manifestation or above will be an inner disciple. Anyone below will be an outer disciple. A year after the peak opens, eight to ten people will be selected as core disciples based on certain criteria. These core disciples could have any level of cultivation, as long as they meet the unknown criteria, so everyone has a chance."

Zhu Jiao diligently recorded everything Shao Yue said.

"The overall operation of the peak will be similar to others," Shao Yue decided. "However, it should be noted that we currently have no ability to train artifact refiners and specialize in the sword. The area twenty kilometers around our main peak will be a restricted area where nobody is allowed to enter. Every ten years, there will be a tournament held to determine who will represent the peak in the ranking tournament. I think that's about everything."

"Will there be any other requirements for the disciples, aside from being female?"

"Not to join," Shao Yue said. "I don't even terribly mind if more devil's path prisoners move in. But, if they needlessly cause trouble for others, they will be sent away, at the discretion of myself or any of the direct disciples. I suppose we can also set up a small visitor's area where men can come and request audiences with the disciples."

Shao Yue took out the map of the peak, thought about it, then made a copy and started to sketch out the expansion plans.

Halfway down the mountain, there would be a fifty kilometer area for the inner disciples. Further, a hundred kilometer area for the outer disciples. Off to the side, quite far from any of the other areas, would be a small section for visitors.

The designs of the areas mostly matched the other peaks. Each disciple would get their own courtyard. There was a hall in the center of each area where they could receive missions and redeem contribution points. Many arenas were scattered about to allow duels and sparring matches. Hundreds of isolation rooms could be rented for secluded meditation.
