"I'll be heading out for a while," Shao Yue said. "Maybe three years. Meili, you're in charge while I'm gone."

"Leave it to me!"

Shao Yue nodded and headed off to the central peak on her flying sword. Naturally, she had thoroughly said her farewells to Cai Fei before leaving.

When it came time to allocate resources based on the tournament rankings, Shao Yue had pushed for three years of time from the sect's best swordsmith. Considering their placement and Lai Qiao's fondness for Shao Yue, it was easily approved.

Three years seemed like a lot, but considering the level of swords she wanted made, it was only enough time for about twelve of them. That coincided with the number of disciples she had, plus herself, almost as if she'd planned it or something.

Shao Yue went straight to the smith's dwelling, which was at the end of a tunnel bored deep into the side of the mountain. In the depths, a burly man sat among blacksmithing equipment. Partially finished weapons lined the walls of the cave. Lava bubbled out of holes in the ground, casting an orange glow through the cave and filling it with scorching heat.

To Shao Yue, it felt pleasantly toasty.

She bowed respectfully to the smith. "Elder Shao has come to request Grandmaster Liu to forge twelve swords for the Rainbow Mist Peak."

He turned his head and spat on the ground. "Show me the materials."

Shao Yue's expression didn't change. She reached her hand out to the side. A dark, shining rock that stood tall enough to reach her hips while being as wide as a water jar thumped onto the cave floor. "This will be the primary material, an unknown metal from the stars."

Grandmaster Liu's indifferent look quickly gave way to one of shock.

Shao Yue had acquired the meteorite from the Eternal Ore Domain. There was a much larger piece still inside, which if Liezhu could be believed, had originally carried her to the world. However, Shao Yue didn't have the means to remove that, so she had to settle for a chunk that had broken off at some point.

She then took out a pale blue stone. It was the Imperial Profound Stone she'd acquired by chance in the Central Qilin Pavilion. It had the unique property of being able to store an Emperor's Authority. She'd filled it with her own. "This Imperial Profound Stone full of Stage Seven Authority will be used for enhancement."

She continued pulling out more materials, revealing six different metals. She even had unique woods for each element that would be used for the sheaths.

"You're incredibly well-prepared," the smith said, almost panting with excitement as he looked over the materials. "Where did you even find some of this stuff?"

"There's one more thing," Shao Yue said. "Do you remember working on a grade four sword that had a Spirit inside?"

"Of course." He nodded firmly. "How could I forget something like that?"

Shao Yue spread her arms. Eleven projections of the Spirits she'd captured appeared in the air behind her. "I'm going to add a Spirit to each of these swords."

The man laughed heartily. Then, he grinned, staring at Shao Yue with sparkling eyes, the eyes of someone who wanted to go further along their Dao. "Alright! Let's do this!"

Shao Yue smiled. "I'll use my Sword Domain to help."

"Is it any good?"

Actions spoke louder than words. Shao Yue sliced her hand through the air, filling the cave with a faint silver glow. The swords along the walls started to hum as if they desired to do battle. Within the Sword Domain, swords reigned over all other weapons.
