VINNY'S POV

While my kid and I were going hand in hand toward the Jollibee after purchasing the items mamaya required for her surprise birthday party, I was on the phone with a member of the staff from Kuya Simon's company.

I ran into someone and the items she had brought tumbled to the ground since I wasn't paying attention to where I was going. I cut the call short soon away, bending down to assist the person I bumped into with their possessions while being unaware that my grasp on my son had been released.

I expressed my regret to the individual I ran into by saying, " I'm really sorry Miss diko sinasadya. " I handed her the items that had fallen to the ground after the person said, " It's okay. Next time, watch where you're going. "

" Sorry talaga, di kita napansin-... " I stopped talking when I noticed my son isn't with me already. I started panicking. " Wait..Wait ang anak ka nawawala. WILLIAM! " I then left the girl as I tried to find my son.

" U-uhmm - "  I heard the girl said but I didn't mind her as my attention was to find my son. " Shit. Liam! Ang anak ko nawawala, WILLIAM. "  I called as I tried to find my son frantically, I felt the girl's presence on my back.

I looked everywhere for my son and kept enquiring whether anyone had seen him. I was on the verge of tears as they all shook their heads no, and I yanked my hair in annoyance.

When I made the decision to visit a restaurant, I continued asking myself, " Liam anak. Nasaan kana ba? " but I abruptly halted when I heard my son's voice. I hurriedly opened the door and was relieved to see him conversing with a few of the workers and a middle-aged woman, whom I took to be the owner.

I screamed out in relief, " WILLIAM! " My kid then turned to face me, yelling, " Dada! " and running up to me, and I gave him a big bear embrace. I worriedly remarked as I stroked my son's hair, "Anak, you make me so worried kanina. Don't ever let go of my hand again, alright? " Liam regretfully nodded.

My kid muttered in my neck, " I'm sorry po daddy. I'll never let go of your hand again. I was so hungry na po kasi. " I gave him a quick hug and turned to face the middle-aged woman who was now speaking to the female he had bumped into before. I then got to my feet and put my hand in my son's shoulder.

" I hope my son didn't intrude your works po dito. "  I said to them, the middle age woman shook her head as she gave as a smile.

" No. No. Hindi. Nakita kasi namin siya diyan sa labas mag isa. Pinapasok lang namin baka mapano pa. Delikado na kasi ngayon alam mo naman yan iho.  " She said and I grabbed her hand thankfully.

" Salamat po talaga sa inyo ma'am for accompanying my son, Liam. "  I said and  bowed my head in gratitude, the middle age woman just patted my back and gave me a smile.

" It's my pleasure to help iho. Dito na kayo kumain. " The middle age woman insisted. I shook my head as I gave them a kind smile " nako ma'am wag na po baka naka abala po kami sa inyo eh tsaka kailangan ko narin umalis eh.  "  I said, After giving it some thought, the middle-aged woman motioned for me to wait before heading to the kitchen. My son was on my arms while I was left standing.

GAYLE'S POV

When I unexpectedly collided with someone while I was making my way to Mama's restaurant, the items I had carried were all over the floor. I swore as I grabbed it and noticed a second hand assisting me in getting my belongings.

" I'm really sorry miss diko sinadya. " He apologized. " It's okay. Next time watch where you're going. "  I calmly said.

" Sorry talaga, di kita napansin-... " He stopped talking and I saw how he started panicking. " Wait..Wait ang anak ko nawawala. WILLIAM! "  He then left me here alone as he tried to find his son.

I said, " U-uhmm," but he didn't hear me since he was looking for his son. As I assisted him in finding his son, I sighed. I was just quietly following him as he shouted out, " Shit. Liam! Ang anak ko. WILLIAM. " 
as he searched desperately for his kid.

He and I looked everywhere for his son, and when we asked people in the area if they had seen him, they all shook their heads in the negative. I then noticed him grabbing at his hair in exasperation and almost breaking down in tears.

I overheard him said.  " Liam anak. Nasaan kana ba? Anak? " but it wasn't until we were at the restaurant that I saw him stop in his tracks and watch him go inside, where he discovered a boy speaking to a member of our staff and sa mama ko.

I handed one of our employees my papers, and they took them and put them in the office. I was left to observe the situation in front of me when one of my staff asked, " May anak na pala si Vinny ? "

" Manang mana sa tatay at sa lolo niya, ang gwapo niya ng anak. "

" Mukhang si Vinny nga unang anak na nagbigay ng apo kay BBM. tapos na pila sa kanya mga mare, pero tuloy parin pila natin kila Sandro and Simon. " They began to enunciate, so I cleared my throat to get their attention. When they noticed me, their eyes widened, and they promptly bowed before departing to finish their work.

I immediately turn my focus back to the father and son duo who were still standing while mom walked into the kitchen to bring them some dinner. We then locked eyes, and I could see that he was still holding his son in his arms.

We were still staring at each other when I muttered, " Vinny Marcos. " Why do you appear so familiar to me, Vinny?
