Sandro and Simon, Vincent's older brothers, sit in the car with Vincent as they make their way towards the hotel where the Filipino community is gathering. The car is filled with a mix of excitement and anticipation for the event. As they chat, Sandro and Simon can't help but notice a certain radiance in Vincent's demeanor.
" You've been smiling like crazy, little brother. What's got you in such a good mood? " Sandro asked and glanced at Vinny. " I can't help it. Liam got discharged from the hospital yesterday, and he's doing so much better now. It feels like a huge weight has been lifted off my shoulders. " Vincent brightly smiled at his brother.
" That's wonderful news! We're really happy for you, Vinny . You and Liam have been through a lot. " Simon grinned. " Thank you Kuya Sandro and Kuya Simon. It's been a tough journey, but Liam's strength and resilience amaze me every day. "
" So, it's all because of Liam, huh? No other reason for that beaming smile? " Sandro playfully said towards his brother who chuckled, knowing his brothers too well.
" Okay, there's something else too. You guys know her already and she's been incredible with Liam. They've really connected and I can't help but protect them at all cost. " Vinny said slightly blushing.
" is it Amethyst? Well Tell us more about her. " Simon said and raised his eyebrow.
" Well, she's kind, compassionate, and understands what it's like to have a child. We've been getting to know each other, and it feels like my feelings for her just got deeper. She's made a big difference in our lives. " Vincent sincerely said. " Well, well, well, little brother's finally got the courage to court the girl of his dreams. " Sandro teased their youngest.
" Well she just say the words the other day. There's something special between us. " Vincent laughed and shook his head. Sandro and Simon wolf whistled.
" That's great to hear, Vince. We can't wait to meet Amethyst and see how she makes you smile like this. " Simon smiled.
As they continue their journey, the anticipation builds. The car pulls up to the hotel where the Filipino community is gathered. Laughter, music, and the aroma of Filipino cuisine fill the air.
"Here we are! Let's go celebrate with everyone. " Vincent excitedly said.
They exit the car and enter the lively gathering. Vincent's smile never fades as he embraces the Filipino people who work at Switzerland.
" You really are happy, Vince. It's good to see. " Sandro said as he observed his brother. " Thank you both for being there for me and Liam. Your support means everything to us. I wouldn't be here without you guys. You both have been there for me. " Vinny gratefully said towards his brothers. " Of course, Vince. We're family, and we'll always be here for each other. And no matter what happens to you, were ready to risk your lives for you. We love you both so much, Vinny. " Simon said and gave his younger brother a hug.
President Marcos and First Lady Liza smiled at the sight of their 3 sons who were huddled in the corner and having a conversation. The first lady holds her husbands hand and kissed their grandson who was seated with them on the stage.
As the three brothers immerse themselves in the festivities, Vincent's heart swells with joy. He feels immensely grateful for the love of his brothers, the support of the Filipino community towards theirs father, and the newfound happiness Amethyst has brought into his life. Amidst the laughter and celebration, Vincent knows that he's surrounded by the people who matter most to him, and he couldn't be more happier.
