Chapter 15: Turning the Tide

Andrea walked through the halls until she found Janet and Estefany and she put her hair up in a bun and popped her knuckles. Seeing this, they both laughed and said" The trans girl thinks she can whoop our asses". As they kept laughing, Andrea swung with a left and right hook which knocked a few of their teeth out. Andrea yelled, "next person to talk shit is gonna end up like them so I suggest you don't say a damn thing and talk what you know". Everyone seemed to listen because the next moment they were clapping until the school disappeared. Andrea now found herself in high school again and she was more than ready. Andrea realized that all these years it was in all her head and that she was much more than what everyone labeled her as...and right now was her time to prove it to herself. 

Andrea knocked a few more heads around before the school disappeared and there stood Jay, smiling. She ran into his arms and smiled as they continued following the black path through the city and closer to the mountain until they reached the base. Agathor appeared with his minions but Andrea stood there and said "I'm not going to fight you because deep down you were just like me...a misunderstood person who was shunned and let your craving for other's acceptance destroy you".Agathor's eyes widened as he screamed "noooo, you were supposed to be angry "and she smiled and said "Well not this time "before he exploded.

Jay smiled and said "I can't go any further...you have to face my death alone with open arms and acceptance, only then will you awaken" before he kissed her cheek and disappeared. Andrea walked up and opened the door to the temple just as Ariel vaporized Jay. She walked over and grabbed herself who in this version of the memory was sobbing next to the ashes. She held her come and looked up at Ariel's corrupted form and said "I forgive you...if it wasn't you it would've been someone else...no matter what life throws I will fix it and I will bring him back". Ariel disappeared as the room began to collapse and just as a beam was about to crush her, she awoke to find herself on the floor of the living room.

The black streaks that had re-formed on her body; disappeared as she sat up and look at Ariel in the corner of the living room in the force field. She had a concerned but caring look on her face when she looked at Maldor and said" What do we do with her? There's gotta be a way to save her". Maldor smiled and said, "We're about to do to her, what I did with you earlier". Maya walked over and said "he's gonna attempt to create an infinite circuit with you and me as the power sources "Andrea scratched her head and said, "What?". Maya said," he's gonna filter the chaos out of her, and send it to me so I can filter it into harmonic energy and I'll send it to you to blast back into her". Maldor spoke up and said, "Hopefully while this is going on, Maya's powers can form a temporary containment field around your heart until Jay can be here".

Andrea said when can we start? and Maldor said, "Right away while she is still sedated, I've rested enough and will begin the procedure as soon as your family is safely away from here". Julie said "Why do we have to leave? and Maldor said "There will be a big gust of aftershock that will definitely collapse this house...but we must do it inside in case we are being watched, so go outdoors". Before anyone else could oppose, Joanna pushed them outside and said, "just trust them". They formed a half circle in front of Ariel with Maya in the middle and Andrea and Maldor to the left and the right of her. Maldor closed his eyes and began to channel the energy from Ariel and he immediately sent it to Maya who channel it and sent it to Andrea who channeled it and blasted it back into Ariel.

They continued the process as Andrea slowly increased the power which in turn started cracking walls and blowing out windows in a giant gust of wind. This continued until the blackness began to drain from Ariel's body and her normal skin began to show and a few minutes later, the entire house was vaporized in a massive explosion which sent Andrea's mother running back towards where the house stood. Before she could reach it, four figures came out of the smoke; it was Ariel, Andrea, Maya, and Maldor all alive and well. Ariel was in Human form and she looked beautiful that way, with her caramel skin, brown hair, and beautiful brown eyes to match".

They stopped a few hundred feet from the house and linked with Andrea, who rebuilt her and Jay's home in place of the one that was there. After they broke the link  Andrea snapped her fingers and teleported everyone into the living room of her new house and said "That's more like it". Andrea's mother ran up and hugged her and she immediately returned the hug and said" to everyone  "Don't celebrate just yet...now that we have enough power, all I can say is; Jay we're coming for you" as everyone clapped.
