Authors note: The summer holidays are over and it's my year of exams so I'll still be taking requests but they might take a little longer

•Being the biological son certainly had its perks

•Growing up with the Ravagers meant learning to fight, repair shops and weapons and anything else that would be useful

•Including Yondu's arrow

•Once he decided Y/N was old enough, he had another one made

•Would use scrap metal to make trinkets that Yondu's definitely didn't have a special shelf for

•Being Peter's brother was stressful at first and became more and more chaotic as time went on

•Y/N definitely put trackers in the Milano just so he could randomly pop up to annoy Peter

•Which did not always work out well

•Peter met Rocket, Groot and Gamora just as Y/N made one of his spontaneous visits

•He ended up in prison with them where they all met Drax

•This lead to them saving Xandar together

•He first saw Nebula on Ronan's ship

•It was only for a moment because Drax immediately shot her

•Y/N didn't think much of her at the time and she didn't even notice him

•After that Y/N decided to stick around for a while

•Then they got a job on Sovereign

•Y/N occasionally snuck food to her, just to be nice

•The moment she shot his father all of that stopped

•For awhile

•To repay his kindness she did put him in a cell instead of letting Taserface try to hurt him

•But she took his arrow far enough away so he struggled to control it

•He got them back after Yondu got his spare fin though

•Together they took out all the men in their way to escape like they used to

•They found their way to Ego in an attempt to bring Peter back

•And in the process all hell broke loose

•The gang fought side by side to save the universe even as Ego over powered them

•Y/N tried to pull the magical tentacles off Nebula and Gamora but they just wrapped around him

•Until Peter saved their lives and they made it to the ship before everyone died in the explosion

•Even though Nebula left to find Thanos, she stayed in his thoughts as he travelled

•They were finally reunited under less than ideal circumstances

•But at least they got to know each other this time

•Even if they were stuck in space with Tony Stark and Rocket for three weeks

•Their bond formed quickly but they didn't act on their feelings

•It took Natasha and Rocket's meddling to finally get them together

•It was worth the wait
