After more than a half year ...

JOAO POV

"Love ang tahimik mo?" Criza asked me.

Nandito kami ngayon sa condo ko to spend more time together kasi back to shooting na ko next week para sa bagong movie namin ni Vi then sya naman is magiging busy sa final pageant nya for Binibining Pilipinas next month. Seeing her eagerness to win so that she can represent the country, makes me so proud of her.

Halos kalahating taon ang preparation and training nya kaya nag lie-low din sya sa showbiz, kaya sana next month sa final pageant nya is maging worth it lahat. And no matter what happen, she will always be my queen.

"Nothing, Love. I'm just going to miss you lang kasi magiging busy tayo both starting next week because of our work. Male-lessen yung time natin together and baka sa 1st anniversary na natin tayo makapag bonding ulit... which is good thing din naman para maisabay nadin natin yung 30th birthday mo" I said to her. She was lying on the sofa and her head was on my lap and she's busy watching some pageant documentaries on her phone.

I can't imagine.. parang dati lang she was sixteen when i met her then ngayon she's turning 30 na and i'm turning 35 naman. Actually on our 1st Anniversary sana plan ko ng magpoprose, yes magpropose talaga. Wala naman sa tagal yan, nasa pagmamahal, understanding and maturity ng bawat isa yan. Kaso i changed my plan because of our upcoming project, siguro end of this year or early next year nalang.

"Kaya nga e. I need to attend more trainings kasi to win the pageant next month, Love. Nababasa ko nga sa mga comment section ng mga news about me joining the pageant... masyado daw mataas agad tinalon ko, Binibining Pilipinas daw agad sana man lang daw mga small pageant lang muna ako kasi baka matalo lang daw ako" kwento naman nya at nakanguso pa.

"Shhh stop it Love. Don't listen to your bashers. Diba sabi natin, we will focus more to our supporter rather than our basher. Kaya mo yan, ikaw paba. Can't wait to become a queen's boyfriend. Just focus, Love... and always remember no matter what happen you're always be my queen" i said to her lighten her mood.

"Thank you love, pero matalo o manalo. Mahal mo padin naman ako diba?" She asked na parang bata tsaka tinabi ang phone nya and look at me.

Instead of answering her question, i bow my head to kiss her lips.

"Kahit hindi ka sumali sa mga pageant, Love.. mahal kita. Being a boyfriend of a Binibining Pilipinas candidate is just a bonus lang on my part but having you as my girlfriend and future wife is the most important things that i have right now" Sagot ko sakanya sabay pisil sa pisngi nya kasi ang cute nya na parang bata. She just smile to me.

"Mahal din kita, Love. Thank you sa suporta" she answered sabay balik hawak ulit sa phone nya at pinagpatuloy ang panonood.

"Ahmm love, can i ask a question?" I ask her.

"Ano yon?" Gulat naman nyang sagot sabay tingin sakin.

"Is it okay to you if we can lie low on our social media? Tanong lang to love huh, i'll never do that lalo na kung masasaktan ka at di okay sayo." I asked her and hold her hands.

Sabi kasi ni Direk kung pwedeng ilayo muna ang name ko sa name nya para magclick pa kami lalo ni Vi.. but unlike noon na sunud sunuran nalang ako para sa career ko, this time .. i always ask her opinion and being careful lalo na sa nararamdaman nya because she's more important than my career. I put up a business naman in Macau sakaling magstop na ko, but as long as may offer pa.. pwede ko naman igrab basta wag ang relasyon namin ni Criza ang kapalit like what happened before.
