Dad, Remus and I fell into a comfortable routine once we all lived in our cottage together. During the full moons, I would either be in the safe room or over at the Weasley's house.

Dad was unable to convince Dumbledore to allow him to take in Harry, and was also asked not to visit the boy at the muggle's home. We have watched him from afar though, seeing him grow up. I told Remus where Harry lives, since it's hard to forget the address of Number 4, Privet Drive in Little Whinging, Surrey. It was amusing to watch Harry accidentally turn his teacher's hair blue or when he would grow his hair back after the awful buzz cuts his aunt gave him. We made it a fun prank after the first time, and Dad would always secretly grow back Harry's hair after each haircut if we were around to see it, though often Harry naturally did it himself.

Dad rarely ever wore wizarding robes, but Remus did. We had found a nice looking leather jacket one day while out shopping, and when I pointed it out to Dad, he got it immediately and hasn't switched back to robes since. The biker look really works for him anyway.

Dad and I also got to see the final Star Wars movie in theatres, and it was just as great for me as the last time. We even went all out and went on opening day, the crowds all full of nerds in Jedi robes, so they basically looked like wizards. We got to see other big blockbuster movies too, like ET and the Michael Keaton Batman.

I had finally found a muggle comic book store when we were out shopping one day, and used my big grey puppy dog eyes to get Dad to buy me loads of Batman comics, just as a way to be closer to my family and keep them alive. I had never read the comics in my first life, not really, so getting to read them now was great. All except for Death in the Family. It happened different than in my reality, but it was still awful to read about my twin's death. It was also strange to read about them all and not be in it anywhere.

Me and the Weasley twins advanced our pranks as we got older, but I helped to also keep them in line. There was a time when Fred and George had tried to do an unbreakable vow on Ron, but I just slapped them both upside the head and then we got into a fun fist fight, and they forgot about ever doing the vow. I'm all for a prank, but not a dangerous one, especially not on a sibling.

We had each managed to do some type of accidental magic when we were kids. Fred had been so mad at Ron for breaking his toy broom that he turned little Ron's teddy bear into a spider. I killed the spider before it could attack Ron, and then comforted him when he was crying until Molly came and took over. Fred actually felt really bad about it, and tried to make it up to him, so he secretly asked his mum to help him bake Ron a treat as an apology, but swore her to secrecy. I still had a habit of hiding in shadows and not being seen, so I saw the whole thing, and so did George, who was looking for his twin. We watched together, and knew we wouldn't tell anyone or make fun of Fred, allowing him to have his secret heart of gold.

George's accidental magic was when he made a rainbow appear in his hands when he was entertaining a very cranky baby Ginny in her crib. It was sweet to watch her giggling so much and George, at just five years old, holding and maintaining the rainbow for almost a whole hour just to keep her laughing. She had been teething and going through normal baby growing pains, so anything that could distract her from the pain was wonderful, and she had the cutest little giggle.

My accidental magic was a little darker, literally. I was having a nightmare about my past life, and caused my entire bedroom to be stuck in darkness. Actual moving shadows were surrounding everything, and when I noticed them and screamed out, Dad and Remus ran in, and it took both of their maximum Lumos spells to make the shadows go away. Remus gave me a knowing look while he and Dad comforted me, I was only five when I did it. It wasn't the darkness that had shocked me, it was more the familiarity, the shadows were moving and alive, much like Death's realm. When I had first seen them, for a moment I thought I was back there.
