[Konoha Hospital]

Sakura sat at her desk, her hands clasped together in front of her as she waited for the blonde sitting on the seat across from her to say something.

After three nights of overthinking and having an unsettling feeling in her chest, she finally informed Ino of what had transpired on the night Sasuke had slept in her bed. She wanted answers, and since he wouldn't give them to her, she would settle for advice on the matter.

"So, what you're saying is... Sasuke wanted to blow your back out—"

"Ino!" Sakura instantly regretted choosing her of all people to help her. "No!"

"He looked like he was about to, though. No?"

"I don't know," Sakura slumped in her seat. "It was so weird now that I think back to it."

"Was he only going to do you if you did Naruto?" Ino scrunched her nose up. "That is weird."

Sakura didn't know what to think about what had happened. She was constantly thinking about it and found herself wondering what would've happened had she said yes to her sleeping with her teammate.

Would he have continued then? And if so, why?

"Maybe he did want to sleep with you, but doesn't want to be you first?" Ino had a thoughtful look on her face as she tried to crack the reasons for his actions.

"Why wouldn't he?"

"Well, maybe it was the alcohol and he just want to, you know, relieve himself with whoever was there," Ino shrugged. "An innocent one-night stand."

"If he wanted that, why didn't he do it?" A light tint spread on her cheeks at the thought.

"It could be that he didn't want you to get attached if he took your v-card...more than you already are, that is,"

Sakura's chest tightened at the thought of her words possibly being right. Had she not been a virgin, would Sasuke have used her that way? And if he did, would he have tossed her aside like nothing right after?

It hurt to think he would. So much so that she couldn't even hide the hurt on her face. Even if Sasuke never decided to be with her, they were friends. Team seven was practically family. For him to take advantage of her feelings that way didn't seem likely, but considering he had climbed on top of her and showed signs of wanting to, maybe it wasn't too unlikely.

"Why don't we just forget about Sasuke?" Ino voiced right when Sakura felt a lump form in her throat. "Do you have any idea how many handsome men are waiting for your attention?"

Pushing her thoughts away, Sakura almost scoffed. "Yeah, right."

Ino shot her a look of disbelief, especially when she noticed she wasn't joking. "Sakura, you turn heads every time you walk into a room. Even when we visit other villages, you have them close to falling at your feet. Tell me you're not seriously that oblivious."

Sakura shifted in her seat, feeling like the blonde was merely telling her pretty lies to lift her mood. Her words sounded ridiculous, yet the look in her eyes was dead serious. If she wasn't lying, then why hadn't she ever noticed?

"You've always been focused on Sasuke even when he wasn't around. That's why you failed to notice that other perfectly dateable men exist, and believe me, they wish you were aware of it," Ino unknowingly answered her thoughts.

"Maybe it's only my look they're into," Sakura leaned back on her chair, suddenly not feeling good enough.

Sasuke didn't want her, but she knew he found her attractive...or pretty, anyway. He'd said so once on that week after he'd gotten released from prison. The brief week he'd shown interest in her before disappearing for a year and coming back to treat her as a mere friend again. Maybe all it took was one week for him to become tired of her.
