Hello Everyone! It's been quite a while huh? Sorry for not giving you regular updates as I promised to but I will try my best onwards. This chapter goes out to that special person who always believed in me, inspires, supports, motivates and encourages me. Thank you so much, you know I ❤️ you. So let's dive in guys...

After Maghrib prayer Abdulrahman came back to Maryam's house like he promised earlier that day. They were sitting in the living room having random conversation and you can tell that they are very happy with each other. He called his mother on the phone too so that Maryam could greet her. Maryam extended her gratitude over the gift she received from her soon to be in-law. After the phone call, they talked some more before they call it a day, Alhaji left while Maryam went back to her room to take a nap.

Alhaji Muhammad came back home around 9pm and both his wives welcomed him in his living room. They both look happy and giddy and he couldn't help but wonder what's the good news. After he finished his dinner, Anty signaled Hajia Binta to talk to their husband and she nodded getting the message.

"Alhaji earlier today Abdulrahman came and he brought some good news. His parents wants to come for the official introduction and to seek Maryam's hand in marriage next Saturday inshaa Allah. If Saturday is not okay then they want you to give them an appropriate and convenient time,"  Maryam's father was above cloud nine hearing the news, he stood up grinning looking at his wives who were giving him the same energy.

"How could you hold this news for this long, God! If I was the one that was told this first I couldn't have hold it for this long before telling anyone." They both laughed at him, seeing his level of excitement they knew that he was waiting for this day too just like everyone of them.

"Alhaji calm down, sit down please because if you continue at this rate your heart can freeze." Anty said while they all laughed and he took his seat again. "Well! Alhamdulillah Alhamdulillah!! There is nothing more to say, we all have been waiting for this because Maryam deserve this and even more. Please let her know that the Saturday is very okay, I will tell all who are supposed to know by tomorrow inshaa Allah and we will start the preparations for welcoming them immediately. I pray that Allah put his barakah in this union and stare away all evil eye from it. Allah yasa ayi damu ya sa alkhairi."

"Ameen!" They all chorused "We are glad to hear this Alhaji and I will let Maryam know tonight itself and we will go ahead with the preparations like you said and we will get back to you on what's need to be done soonest inshaa Allah." Maryam's mother said looking between her husband and her co-wife and they nod in agreement with her. They talked some more before excusing Maryam's father to take a bath.

Hajia Binta went straight to Maryam's room where she met her typing something on her phone. She sat down on the edge of the bed while Maryam dropped her phone down adjusting her sitting position.

"Mama you should have called me you don't have to come here, lafiya dai koh?" Her mother smiled at her touching her hand.

"Yes my dear everything is perfect, I was just coming from your father's room and I couldn't wait a minute longer to tell you that he has approved the Saturday Abdulrahman's parents proposed so they can come inshaa Allah." Maryam hugged her mother tight crying while her mother rubs her back soothingly.

"Mama this day feel so good to be true, I feel like I am dreaming. It feels so good that I am scared to wake up, what if all this is just a fantasy and not reality?" Her mother laughed at her. "C'mon don't be silly, so if you're dreaming then I am having the same dream or I am also part of your dream. C'mon now stop crying, non of this is a dream, it's reality and you should just thank Allah for it. This is His way of rewarding you for your patience and inshaa Allah this is the beginning of your good days. Now stop these tears and tell Abdulrahman the good news too." Maryam wiped her tears and smiled at her mother. "Alright Mama I will tell him now, thank you so much, you are the best."
"And you are the best too Maryam, Allah yayi maki albarka." She left Maryam alone and went back to her room.
