We all have our good days and bad days. Some days, we feel amazing, truly happy in a way. And in others, we feel nothing less than terrible. Sometimes you just want nothing more than to lay in bed and do nothing expect watch your favorite show. Some days you want to do nothing but cry because they've been so bad.

Unfortunately, today just happened to be one of those bad days for you.

Even though the notification sound wasn't a loud one, the sound of your phone buzzing made your already pounding head that much worse. Even the littlest sound and just the right amount of light made you feel terrible. From the pounding pain in your skull, to the pain behind your eyes and jaws; it all felt terrible. Everything was just so tight, so tense. If you hadn't known any better, you'd think you were dying. But no, it was just another nasty headache. These days, it wasn't an uncommon thing for you.

Headaches seemed to plague so much more now. Maybe it was the stress of school, maybe it you're your allergies, or maybe it was just plain bad luck. Either way, you always ended your day feeling terrible, and today was no different. The only thing different about today was you woke up with it, which in a way, almost made it worse.

Rolling over in the sea of blankets, you reached for your phone. You knew the light from the little box would make things a thousand times worse, but right now the buzzing sounds were driving you up the wall. Though, the moment you found your phone and turned it back on, you instantly regretted even looking for it. The light from it was practically unbearable. Desperately, you turned the light down. Somebody was sending you stuff, and you might as well look at it while you're up.

When you could finally read the text, you saw why your phone had been buzzing so much. This nasty headache that had plagued you all day led you to completely forgetting your dinner date with Kazutora today.

The sweet boy and texted you, telling you how excited he was to see you this evening. He even sent you a cute kitten picture that put a little smile on your face. It really was a sweet gesture. Unfortunately, you weren't even sure if you could get out of bed—let alone go on a date.

You sighed, before gaining the courage to text Kazutora back and ask him if you could postpone. You so desperately wanted to text him and tell him just how excited you were too, but you just couldn't. You felt downright terrible. And it's not fair to you or Kazutora to go on a date with a shitty version of you. So, you texted, despite so desperately wanting to see him. As always, Kazutora instantly replied reassuring you that postponing was fine. But he wanted to know why, rightfully so.

You were just so tired though, too tired. You couldn't bring yourself to keep looking at your phone, or really do anything. You didn't even want to sit up for a second longer. Casually, you set down your phone and cuddled back into the blankets. You'd remember to text Kazutora back later, right? It would all be okay, right?

Your eyes casually drifted closed as you let the warmth of the blankets and pillow consume you. One moment you felt spacey, and the next you were nothing less than completely asleep. It was only when you were woken up by a loud knocking that you realized you even fell asleep in the first place.

"What?" you mumbled, disoriented. "What's going on?"

The loud knocking was well, loud. It was erratic—very erratic. The person on the other side was clearly very panicked about something. Your headache still plagued you, so much so that very movement made your head pound more, but the knocking scared you a bit. So, you shakily got up and opened the door.
