headcanons || when you get in a fight

Hey loves! I hope you're all well!

AHAHAH I couldn't resist writing something like this and now here it is. I just hope it's not horrible because was a half asleep when I wrote it

Anyways, reader is, as always, gender neutral!

You didn't really want to be fighting with Mikey right now. I mean, you didn't really want to fight with him ever, but today your fight was particularly bad...in a particularly bad place.

In fact, the entirety of Toman was there, awkwardly standing off to the side watching their boss fight with their s/o.

You see, Mikey had been neglecting you lately. It wasn't like he was doing it intentionally, but lately he had been more occupied with Toman. Yes, he was usually busy with them, but recently things had been busier...much busier. As a result, Mikey began putting more time into Toman and less into your relationship.

Soon enough the usual texts and calls were lessening, and then, he just wasn't there at all. His presence, laughs, hugs, and kisses just weren't there anymore. It was like you weren't in a relationship...at all.

You ended up bottling up how you felt about all this, mainly because you didn't want to put any more stress on your boyfriend. But, after he completely ignored you when you went to visit him before a Toman meeting, the bottle that held your emotions busted and well...

"Mikey! How do you not see that you've been ignoring me for Toman?! You have to put some time into this relationship y'know!"

"And why the hell can't you just shut up and support me! You know how important this damn upcoming fight is, I've told you before!" he snapped.

"YEAH, LIKE TWO WEEKS AGO, WHICH WAS THE LAST TIME YOU EVEN LOOKED AT ME!!!"

"Oh my god Y/n! Why can't you just leave me the hell alone?! Jesus, I really should just go find someone better who won't cling to me 24/7!" he yelled, turning away from you. His hand was on his forehead rubbing it from the oncoming headache that hit him from stress. Silently, he looked towards his gang, only to see the entirety of Toman looking back at him, with their jaws dropped and eyes widened.

He couldn't help but feel his heart skip a beat when he saw his gangs' reactions. He knew what ever was happening behind him was bad...especially since whispers spread throughout the crowd of members in front of him.

Then the horrible sound echoed, the sound of your sobs. Mikey immediately shot around but he was met with your red, teary eyes and shaking body.

You tried wiping away your tears when you met Mikey's eyes but looking into his deep black eyes made you feel worse, and you ended up sobbing more.

Without hesitation, Mikey picked you up and carried you away from the temple, knowing you'd be beyond embarrassed to have cried in front of his whole gang. You didn't resist when he did. You just let him carry you away as you sobbed into his arms.

After about 5 minutes of walking, you and Mikey arrived at a secluded park bench in peaceful park nearby. Carefully, he sat down and adjusted you into his lap. He made sure to keep his arms around you tight though, to reassure you that he was here and not leaving anytime soon.

It was after about 20 minutes of sitting on the bench and sobbing, that you're sobs finally died down and you caught a breath. Mikey's arms however tightened around you.
