drabble|| being best freinds with the Haitani brothers

Heyyy loves! I hope you're all well!

Happy Friday or I guess Saturday now! here's a random drabble I wrote months ago while I go on a writing spur and write everything under the sun!

Hopefully all this stuff I'm wiring will actually get posted

Anyway, reader is, as always, gender neutral

I'm going to be honest here, being friends with one of the Haitani brothers is already pretty interesting, but being best friends with both of them is quite literally a whole new world.

You met both brothers as kids, making you their childhood friend!!

Originally, you became friends with Ran, as he was the more outgoing one, but along with Ran came Rindou. It didn't take very long after that to become friends with Rindou too. And friends became best friends pretty quickly!!

And well, you pretty much became the third Haitani sibling after that.

Ran being the first one you met, and being more outgoing, is usually the one who jumps on you.

Every time you see him, he immediately jumps on you, literally jumps on you. And Rindou stands to the side, giving you his usually stoic face while waving hello.

That's just how it's always been.

You've been with them for so long that you're pretty much used to that...but that was only the beginning.

Ran parties a lot, while Rindou just kind of does his own things, you managing to tag along with either of them. So, you're constantly getting dragged to different parties with both Haitani brothers...you, switching between which one you hang out with.

But that's not the end of it.

Because Ran is constantly pranking you...and that can really get in your nerves

You do try to prank Ran back, but he always seems to be one step ahead of you and your pranks always backfire...on yourself.

However, it's pranking Rindou that's fun.

Ran had always messed with both you and Rindou throughout your whole lives, and while it pisses you off, you tolerate it.

However, Rin, does not. The guy absolutely hates getting pranked.

So naturally, you and Ran constantly prank him.

And of course, that leads to a whole huge fight with all three of you bickering.

Speaking of fights, you, Ran, and Rindou get in so many fights. Usually there about something stupid someone has done...like pranking Rin or someone not doing the dishes.

It's just something that happens everyday.

That said, most of the time it's Ran and Rindou, because their brothers, and what set of brothers don't argue?

Despite all the pranking and arguing, you all still have a lot of fun, and you all truly enjoy spending time together. And trust me when I say there is a huge meaningful side to your relationship.

Neither of them open up much, so it's rare to talk about anything deep, especially with Ran.

Ran isn't one to talk about his feelings, and he usually just hides them away in his antics or behind his smile. And Rin, usually just buries them deep inside.

However, they trust you a lot, so they don't mind opening up to you...sometimes

Hell, you're the only person Rindou will talk to.

The poor boy won't open up to anyone else...and he truly trusts and cares about you.

They both really care about you.

And that's the exact reason why you weren't allowed to join their gang.

As much as they know you can take care of yourself, and how strong you are, they absolutely will not allow you to join their gang.

They know the risks, and how easy it is to get injured, or worse, get killed. If they were being honest, their mainly scared that somethings going to happen to you. If something would happen, that would absolutely shatter them, especially because your one of the few people that they trust, and they need you.

Needless to say loosing you is not an option, and joking the gang is a BIG no-no.

In the end, being best friends with the Haitani brothers is by far one of the best, and most fun things in the world.

And they also trust and care for you a lot.

So, you better take care of them, because they need you
