As usual, reader is gender neutral, but it's slightly implied their fem! Also, both reader and Ran are aged up enough to be able to drink.

Ran Haitani can get anyone he wants.

He's a man with charm. His charm doing so much that he can wink at one person,
and they'll fall right to their knees. He can entrance people simply by talking to them and from there,  they'll stick with him for life.

He's cocky, but that feeds into his charm every more. If anything, it makes him even more attractive.
He is addicting.

He's got the looks of the devil. His beautiful purple eyes can fall upon someone, and they'll immediately fall for him. His black hair with dyed blonde ends, silky and smooth, can entrance anyone and everyone. People daydream about running their fingers through it.

The way he walks, and talks, and acts, it's all so...perfect.

And it's because of this that everybody loves Ran Haitani.

However, there is one person that hasn't fallen for him. One person who doesn't have any interest in him.

That person is also the person he's want the most.

And that person is you.

You were the one person in the world who brushed him off, as if he was some simpleton on the side of the road.

You acted like he was an average everyday person. You never showed any sort if interest him, not once.

You just never became entranced by him.But instead, you entranced him.

He was always so drawn to you; you,pulling him in in a way that no one else had ever done.

He was fantasized by you, everything about you making him fall for you further. He loved everything about you, from the way you walked, to the way you played with your hair when you got nervous.
Ran really liked you to say the least.

He may have even loved you.

But you never showed any interest. And, he was hurt by that.

He was really hurt by that.

He didn't understand why he was so hurt by that, but he was.
It was also because of this that he became lost.

Eventually, he decided that he was just going to get rid of his feeling for you. He could no longer stand to have the weight of them baring down on hi shoulders.

And that was also the exact reason he was with her in the bar.

However, going out with someone else isn't how you get rid of feelings. If anything, it makes them stronger...and that's exactly what happened to Ran.

He was sitting with the girl, seemingly having a fun time, but really, he was suffering.

He couldn't stop thinking about you.
He kept imagining that he was on a date with you, not with someone random girl. In fact, he started to see you and not her.

He tried to snap himself out of it.
He drank and drank hoping to forget you, but that didn't work.
He tried dancing all up on her, hoping his mind would go back to normal, but you were still stuck on his mind.
