Ummm this is obviously angst! Chapter 255 made me very sad so I wrote this.

Mikey was never one to worry about love.

He never had any reason to not only attempt to date someone, but he saw it as a burden. He didn't want another weight on his shoulder. And to be frank, he saw no reason to invest so much in someone else.

However, when he met you, that all changed.

From the way you walked, to the way you tucked your hair behind your ear, Mikey was obsessed. He never felt so connected to someone as he did with you. You were sweet; however, you joked around with him and had a lot of banter. It was almost like he was a normal person with you.

You guys just.... clicked.

To him, you were an angel sent down from heaven.

Soon enough, Mikey caught himself wanting to not only be with you non-stop, but he found himself dreaming of being your life partner. He talked about you constantly. He'd just go on and on about your beauty, your personality, and all the things he loved about you.

After a while of this, Draken got fed up hearing about it, and he encouraged Mikey to ask you out.

So, with the help of his friends, Mikey bought you flowers, chocolate, and a special present he knew you'd love. Nervously, he stood outside your door, before he finally got the confidence to knock on it.

Within seconds you were standing at the door, curiously looking at Mikey. Mikey however, chocked on his words. You were just so beautiful that he could barely fathom it. He just wanted to grab you and kiss you right there and then.

Unfortunately, he couldn't.

"I'm so sorry Mikey, I already have a boyfriend...."

His heart shattered into a million pieces right there and then. He could quite literally see all his dreams and the future with you wither away. He almost felt himself got empty, or void of all love.

He found himself replaying the scenario in his head nonstop. From the way you sadly looked and apologized to him, to the way a man entered in the background and questioned was going on, to the way everyone else sympathetic looked at him and apologized. He replayed it all.

It hurt more than he ever could've imagined. In fact, it was one of the few situations where Mikey found himself close to tears.

Mikey would never recover from the embarrassment from this, and more importantly, he would never let himself love again.

He should just stick to being alone because clearly, he wasn't meant to love.

Baji fell for you the moment he laid eyes on you.

You were the kid who happened to get the seat next to him, and from there, things progressed.

Baji found himself unable to take his eyes off you. In class, he was never paying attention to what the teacher was saying, he was just looking at you and the way you looked beautiful in the sunlight. He found himself going to and liking school because of you.
