Izume had Asui spying on them and Tokoyami stalks before they attack them making them to finish the mission as they just took out the very last of the All For One's Followers/Believers ending his rein in Japan and freeing it for good.

Shigaraki got with Miruko and had twins which also married two of Izume's children making Shigaraki to have a normal life thanks to this as Miruko's the best thing that happened to him fully. The Cryptid Hunters are still at large, but the Cryptids know how to hide among the Humans.

Izume has large ass angelic wings with eight being from the back with she has four from her head as they wrap inwards towards her head and looks like four pairs of horns since they can move and vibrate making her to use it has attacks or to lure Humans with.

She's known in the past when there's hundreds of them as a Angelicit Crawler. They're a type of Angel with black arms and legs with their feet looking like three toed Gargoyles with her fingers being claw-like. They even have a horn on their ankles.

They also walk on their tiptoes as they're eyes were slited and have a habit of going black with red irises if angered, but can go full black if outraged or furies at fully someone's actions like kidnap or murdering one of their own kind.

They love children and protects them from harm, but adults and teenagers are another thing as they leave them for death. If a teenager girl's pregnant, they keep her alive long enough for the baby to be born and then will raise as their own if she dies.

Since Izume's a Angelicit Crawler, but she saves many of all ages for two hundred and ninety-eight years, Izumi's mindset it not like theirs as the Siren Head blood had blocked that part as she can mimic other's voices and make siren sounds from her mouth as her tongue's very long.

Izume also has the skin color of Sirenhead than Human flesh making her to be no longer fully Human and she's has increased hearing, smelling, seeing and can see body heat making her to be very powerful. Toga's a Cryptid and was adopted when she was a baby.

Her parents were shocked as they almost gave her to the Hunters after her first Human kill if she didn't run away. Her Human family's been made to forget about her and Toga has a bit of magic use and turned Uraraka into the very same species as herself.

Asui became a frog Cryptid as she cares for Tokoyami, but she doesn't eat Humans and lives off of apples more so. Izume wonders what would have happened if Siren Head didn't adopt her nor she been bullied in the orphanage ever.

'Doubt I want to even know really.' Izume thinks as that's another timeline and she doesn't need to worry about it.
