My body shifts slightly as I feel myself pulling away from a small dream that I couldn't quite remember as my eyes adjust to the bright lights coming in through my bedroom window. I blink a few times before turning to the other side of the bed where Harley was missing. I stand up and stretch my arms out before making my way out of the room where the fresh scent of baked goods wack me in the face.

"Felix?" I say surprised to see the freckled face boy taking out a tray of brownies from my oven.

Startled by me, he places the tray on the counter and walks over to me. "You really slept in, it's nearly midday!" Felix laughs while embracing me in a quick hug.

I glance at the analog clock on the wall next to the kitchen to see the time shown as 11:48AM, I really did sleep in. "What are you doing here? And where are the boys?" I question, looking around the room.

"They went out grocery shopping and asked me to stay with you until they got back." Felix smiles before turning around to cover the freshly made brownies with a fly net.

"I appreciate it, but I really don't need a babysitter."

"I know you don't, but Harley didn't want you by yourself with Finn still out there."

"Finn is under watch, he's not allowed to leave his house until I decide on charges." I reply but smile at the freckled boy.

Felix hands me a brownie and I engulf it in one bite. By far the best brownie I've ever had and there wasn't even weed in it. While having a few more brownies, the door creaks open to expose Harley and Cole returning with shopping bags in both hands.

"What did you guys buy?" I inquire while noticing two of the bags holding a bunch of liquor.

"We are thinking of inviting the group over for game night." Cole suggests while looking at me asking for approval.

"You should invite your friend you were talking about last night." Harley adds to convince me to say yes.

"Kiki? I haven't talked to her in a long time. I don't want her being uncomfortable with all the guys around." I say while realising Kiki would actually love being around the group. She always grew up with big groups of people - most being guys - and always loved the atmosphere of it.

"Call her then. Plus, some of the boys are single." Harley winks and notices my confused expression before disappearing into the kitchen to help Cole and Felix put everything away.

"Wait, some of your friends have girlfriends?" I question, thinking they are all single.

"They are your friends too, Audrey. Chris recently got married to his high school sweetheart before you came to town and Jesse has been dating a girl for around three months now. Not to mention the clear sexual tension between Hayden and Luke." He laughs at his last sentence.

Harley tells me more about Chris and Jesse's relationships before I head to my room to call Kiki. I scroll down the contacts on my phone, hoping her number has not changed, and feel relieved when I hear it dialling.

"Hello, this is Kiki Adams speaking." Her professional voice speaks over the line.

"Kiki! It's Audrey, how are you?" I say and I hear a subtle scream of joy come through the phone.

"I'm better now! It's been so long, what's up?"

"Well I moved to town with Cole and I was wondering if you wanted to come ov-"

"Yes! Send me the address right now!" Kiki cuts me off as her voice gets higher in pitch.

"Will do. Our apartment is going to be quite full as we invited our friends over, so I needed at least one girl over." I laugh, thinking about how chaotic and fun tonight will be.

"I love that, any single men?"

"A few potential candidates for you, but be nice."

I finish the call after a few conversations and think about who would be of best match for her. She did like Cole at one stage, but he never saw her like that. Syd would be quite a good match as he's very playful, adorable and daring.

I text Kiki the address and send her a group photo that Harley took of us one night and circle the single ones, mentioning the fact that everyone ships Luke and Hayden together. She replies with a blushing emoji which in her books; it means she is very interested.

I head back out into the living room where the couch was moved back from the coffee table to make room for everyone and some cheese and crackers have been laid out on a platter. Chris is already here to help set up a few things and brought over a few drunken card games for everyone to play. I remember some of the boys mentioning how Chris is the father figure of the group and so I don't find it unusual that he is here an hour before everyone is to arrive.

I walk over to Cole who is sipping a glass of wine in the kitchen while scrolling through his socials on his phone. "This isn't a party right?" I question quietly so the conversation stays quiet.

"No, but everyone will probably stay till late, that's why Chris brought the games, and Felix and I stacked up on drinks. If it gets too much for you, Harley said that he will take you to his place." Cole takes another sip of drink.

"Kiki is coming over." I say out of thin air and Cole turns to me excitedly.

"Wait what? Since when?" He jumps up and down like a little kid.

"Since just now, I called her and she is on her way over. I'm also thinking of setting her and Syd up together." I whisper my last sentence.

Cole nods subtly at me while squinting his eyes and smirking meaning, he is going to help me set them up. We join the others who are just sitting on the sofa and talking while drinking a glass of wine and I notice Harley also has a glass, but it's only small. He sends me a reassuring smile and gestures for me to sit beside him. With little to no room, I end up sitting on his lap and he gently pecks the nape of my neck, sending goosebumps all over my body.

"Not here, please." Cole yells from the other side of the room while glancing at Harley and me.

We sit in silence watching the tv while we wait for the others to arrive, and sure enough time flies by quicker than expected and the doorbell rings.
