"Make sure y'all don't be too loud. We finna go to the airport but I need a nap." Momma said as we sat in the living room.
"Okay. We'll wake you up." I told her and she nodded before her and daddy went upstairs.
It was me, Kayden, Jaxon, and Brisa over at our house. We was finna fly out because momma chose an evening flight.
Tt Aspen, Uncle D, Diara, and Jace was already down there and Acacia was flying with Tt Rosa and nem.
We were just sitting in the living room chilling, waiting for us to leave. Momma already made us pack the car and now she just needed some sleep because she can't sleep on planes.
"Kayden, stop moving your damn head." Brisa told him, hitting his shoulder.
She was sitting on the couch and he was sitting on the floor between her legs as she retwisted his hair.
Him and Jax were on the game as Jax sat down and I laid my legs across his lap.
"You just got a haircut?" I asked Jax and he nodded.
"Me and the boys went together." He told me and I frowned.
"You finna be wearing the ugliest clothes ever." I mumbled and he laughed. "Thinking you can just walk out here looking all fine with yo hair done and shit."
"Don't be mad. I ain't checking for no other girl." He told me and I bit my lip.
He checking for me?
"This retwist finna be firee." Kayden dragged as Bri parted his hair.
"Mel, you need me to touch up your hair?" She asked me and I shook my head.
"I'm probably gonna take this wig out while we down there and go natural for the second week." I told her and she nodded.
She just installed a water wave wig for me 2 weeks ago but I change styles too often for my liking.
"Mel." Jax called and I looked over at him.
"Hm?"
"Can you facetime my momma real quick? This round almost over and she want me to call her before we go to the airport." He told me and I grabbed his phone.
I unlocked it and went to facetime, shifting so I was almost sitting on his lap. We were both in the camera and I started posing before his mom answered.
"Hey, bab- Oh, hey sweetie." She smiled sweetly and I smiled back.
I looked at his mom and she looked hella young. She was also fine as hell and I realized I didn't get a good look at her the other night.
I turned to Jax and slightly whispered to him, or at least I thought I did. "Damn, your momma is finee. She got a husband?"
"She do! The fuck." I heard someone say in the background and Jax busted out laughing.
