I watched as Draven and the others came into view.  Then a more familiar person arrived.  The Professor.  Once more, I could see him trying to say something.  But, this time, I could tell it wasn't directed at me.  All at once, the sound came back.  I winced at the impulse, but sighed a bit.  "Are you alright Luna?"  Will asked quickly.

I nodded slightly.  "I think so… what was that?"  I answered.  There was a pause.  "A sonic pulse was directed to the school.  You were not the only one present to each affected.  It seemed to have been broad enough that any mutant with advanced hearing was affected."  I could hear the Professor explain.

By that point, I was able to zone in on someone that wasn't familiar.  They must have been who kept me from hearing the whistle further.  I nodded a bit.  "Do we know what caused the whistling sound?"  I asked.  Hank walked up while I was talking.  He had some kind of file.

"For that question, we can only assume it was created by the same person that took your friends.  We were able to do a minor trace, but nothing close to its source."  He explained.  Will sighed.  Which was an understatement.  "Wait, Tracker, did you get any ideas for where those pictures may be?"  I realized.

It drew both Hank and the Professor's attention obviously.  Tracker hummed a bit.  "I have a general idea.  But there wasn't anything specific enough, so I turned up nothing solid.  Just some ideas."  He replied.  It fell silent again for a while.  The Professor and Hank went off to talk about something.

"What happened when the whistle went off?"  I asked after a bit of time had passed.  I could see Draven and Sam exchange glances.  Wisp wasn't there.  "Did I hurt Wisp?"  I asked quietly now, my eyes watering at the thought.  Caz put a hand on my shoulder.  "No, Wisp is fine.  She just got tired from holding the portal open for so long."  He answered for the others.

I sighed a bit, relieved that I hadn't hurt anyone this time.  Tracker pulled a paper out of a bag I hadn't seen before somehow.  I took it when he held it out to me.  There were different… locations, I assumed, listed on it.  "Those were places that had similar mountain structures or could support being dug into without collapsing."  Caz explained.

I nodded a bit, seeing Will be the same.  We were just that bit closer to finding everyone now.  The places listed on the map were far though.  How would everyone have been transported there?  Unless there were multiple people involved in the kidnappings.  "How can we narrow these places down?"  Sam asked, looking at the paper from over my shoulder.

I looked over the places listed, glancing around the area.  There had to be a map somewhere around here, right?  This place was different than when we first got here, or maybe it was because we hadn't seen the whole underground part of it.  The Professor had said they found a general location.

I guess the others must have had the same idea.  Because Draven stepped in front of everyone.  "We'll check what the Professor found then."  He said, deciding to take over so we could get something done.  I hung back with Will.  Something told me that he didn't really know how to react to this new group either.

They were all really nice, I wasn't thinking anything bad about that.  I had just gotten used to having Layla and Zach close by.  Magenta and Ethan were great friends too.  Though I missed Warren.  I couldn't wait to feel his warm embrace.  We had to find our friends before it was too late.

We were able to find Hank and the Professor again, and explain what we wanted to try doing.  The least we could do was try and narrow down the places we could check.

They seemed to agree trying to check both lists would be a good idea.  Though I wasn't sure how we could check them.  A quick glance showed very few places that were the same.  We couldn't just throw out a place easily.  Tracker tried to compare the two lists.  He eventually started pointing out different similarities between places.
