I sighed.  "Leaving at night would be our best option.  We won't let any bystanders see us, and we may even have a slight jumpstart for when we're seen approaching.  The closer we get to the others before being seen, the better."  I explained before anyone could answer Will's question.  It was still early though right now.  We could leave once the lights went out.

By the time the sun finally went down, Will and I were in our suits.  Hank was just quickly going over a few things we wanted me and Will to take with us.  He claimed they were for the case we needed extra help in a tough situation.  I was honestly glad for the little bit of reassurance the few extra things brought.

Will got a kind of mini camera set that he could use to monitor hallways if we needed it.  Hank gave me somethings I could use if I needed to control something of the elements.  I got a canister of water, a flint in case I had to use fire, and a vine I could grow whenever it was needed.  I recognized the vine.  It was the Philodendron hederaceum vines.  Also known as heartleaf philodendron.  It grew fast, and it actually made a pretty good houseplant.  I did have a small bit of Devil's Ivy as well, so both vines would be helpful.

Though the time to go came quickly.  We got some extra wishes of good luck from Hank and The Professor before climbing into the helicarrier.  I took a breath before finding where I had to sit down and buckled up.  Will and I were sitting in the cockpit.  The autopilot was on, but we still wanted to know what was going on.

Hank clicked something on a remote he had, turning the motor on and opening the roof above us.  I tensed as we rose up and through the opening.  But I just reminded myself this thing wouldn't fall without us being warned beforehand.  Will seemed to feel the same.  We were in the air, but not because of something we were doing ourselves.

It was new.  Though we adjusted in time.  The clouds actually looked… nice.  The sky was calm.  It was cloudy, but not like a storm was coming.  Something shifted in the back of the carrier, drawing my attention.  I growled lightly.

"There's something else on this thing."  I said to Will, already bringing out the flask of water.  Will looked towards where the sound was coming from.  I got up from my seat and went to where the sound was coming from.  One of the first things I noticed was a small buzzing sound.  Which I took a moment to recognize as a fly buzzing around.

Another moment passed before I sighed, shaking my head.  "Really funny, you guys.  You shouldn't be here."  I hissed.  There was a sigh before Draven and the others came out from their hiding places.  How did they even get in here without us noticing?!

When I saw Wisp, it dawned on me how they got here.  Wisp made a portal and they all went through.  Draven growled lightly.  "If you really thought we'd let you do this rescue mission with just two people?"  He said.

By now, Will had realized what was going on.  He was coming over.  I looked at everyone.  Draven, Sam, Tracker, Cam and Wisp.  They were all here.  And they all had dark clothes on.  But hardly anything else.  We were already too far from the school to turn back.  They'd have to stay.

I sighed, brushing my hair back.  "Fine, fine.  Seeing as we can't turn back now.  I think Hank mentioned he had extra of these devices to keep our powers intact in the case we need them.  Let's check how many we have."  I said begrudgingly.  Upon looking around, I found exactly four other devices.

"So someone's not going to have protection?"  Sam realized quickly.  Draven growled, but sighed.  It was quiet for a bit longer.  "I can stand to be without it.  I won't be of too much use.  I just came so my brother wasn't alone."  Tracker suggested after a bit.

I quickly checked how long we had before landing.  We still had almost a whole day.  "We should all get some sleep before we land."  I told everyone.  Which seemed to cause some tension.  "What about if something happens?"  Wisp asked.
