My leg bounced up and down like crazy as I tried to pay attention to the lecture.

But is was hard as fuck when Kioshi Harada was sat right next to me and kept blatant staring at me every few minutes.
I faced him, "Could you stop staring at me? It's weird as hell."

I hated guys like him with a passion. Athletes who just threw around that status to reel girls into their beds. And I was stuck with one for a group project. Shitty fucking luck.

I'd rather have swam in a pool filled with alligator shit and flesh-eating carnivorous piranhas than be stuck with him.

His dark almond eyes stayed on me, "Who was he?"

I turned away, "It doesn't matter."

"It does."

"No it doesn't."

"It does."

I glared at him, "Why the fuck does it matter?"

He gave me a look that told me I should know better, "You think he's going to keep silent about that?"

I suddenly felt so stupid. What the fuck had I been thinking? Kissing a random stranger like that? Why hadn't I thought of the consequences? I hadn't anticipated being stuck with an egotistical, cocky jock with one brain cell knocking around his pea-sized brain for a assignment partner.

I frowned, "Why the fuck did you tell him you were my boyfriend?"

He studied me for a long moment, "Going along with the act."

"There was no act."

He quirked a brow as amusement crawled up his face, "There was."

"There wasn't."

"There was."

I groaned, "Why are you so dam annoying? There was no fucking act."

He huffed a low laugh, "So you just decided you'd randomly assault a guy for fun and your ex just so happened to be around?"

"I didn't assault you."

"You did."

I found myself getting annoyed, "Don't fucking start." I grumbled, "It wasn't an act ok? I had a perfectly good reason."

He shifted a little closer to me and rested his hand on his fist as if he were genuinely curious, "I'd really like to hear it."

"It's none of your business." I muttered, trying to ignore the fact that he was sat so close our knees were almost touching. He didn't seem to even notice.

He raised his eyebrows, "It's none of my business? Really? After you dragged me into whatever the hell is up with you and that guy?"

I rolled my eyes, "You dragged yourself in. You didn't have to say anything."

He shrugged those broad shoulders of his, "I doubt that he would have left you alone."

He had a point, but I wasn't going to tell him that, "I didn't need you to step in ok? I can handle my own problems."

He smirked, "Like you handled that one so well Huh?"

The moment the lecture ended, I was out of the door.
