Chapter 33

I woke up in a great mood Today is February 18th... my birthday I am 25 I'm so excited. Caden is taking me out tonight well Kacey Nicole Luke and Kaleb are all going to be there too but after that Caden is taking me somewhere just us and I'm so nervous kind of I don't know why.

After the other night... after our kiss we ended up going back to his parents and brother and his wife and hanging out and playing games. His family is so amazing. It makes me miss mine.

Oh an incase you are wondering why we didn't... you know do it. He is waiting until marriage and I am okay with that. I grew up saying I would which I didn't but I can wait on him and I told him I wasn't a virgin and he was okay with that too.

  Caden and I have been together 24/7. I honestly think I'm falling for him. He is so goofy and sweet and caring and He's a genuine southern man who knows how to treat a woman. He is a Christian I honestly he is the absolute best. I would love to marry him and have a family with him.
   Oh and another thing... found out he broke his tooth playing football last year and his from right tooth is fake. Which I still like him with or without his tooth and he wears glasses and contacts like me.

Caden's POV
Today is Avery's birthday and I'm so happy I have some fun things planned I think she will enjoy. She is still sleeping and I am making her breakfast to take to her in bed. I made 4 pancakes out a little syrup on the a lot of strawberries and whipped cream with a candle ontop lit.
I fixed her coffee and mine then headed upstairs
I made it to her door and knocked planning to sing her happy birthday when I walk in

Avery's POV

"Knock knock" he said on the other side of my bedroom door

"Come in" I said sitting up in my bed

"Happy birthday to you. Happy birthday to you... happy birthday to you" he said with a 4 pancakes with strawberries and whipped cream with a candle in it. And a cup of coffee

"Awwww thank you Texas. Thats so sweet. I don't think I have ever had birthday breakfast in bed" I told him as he sat next to me

"I hope you like it. I made it just for you" he said
"Well and me"

Making me giggle "I know you knew I wouldn't be able to eat 4 pancakes alone" I said to him

As we sat and ate our breakfast I got to thinking

"I'm going to miss you when you go back to school" I told him

"I'm going to miss you too but we can make it work out. I promise. Also let's not think about that right now while we are here together" he said taking a bit

"These are really good Caden. You did a good job."I told him

"Thank you. Anything for you" he said with a wink and a smile showing his dimple

"So what time are we leaving?" I asked him

"We need to leave here around 12:00 what you are going to wear tonight." He said as I looked at the clock seeing it was now 10:30

"Um im not sure. What are we doing?" I asked him
"Well it's a surprise. Something warm and comfy but cute not too fancy." He said

We sat in my bed and watch tv and talked until it was 11:15

"Okay I'm going to jump in the shower and start getting ready" I said to him
