The bell rang meaning that school ended. Karl was saying goodbye to his friends. Sapnap was for some reason nervous. He wanted to make this special for Karl, he loved this man with the bottom of his heart.

"Sapnap!" Karl said getting closer to Sapnap who was waiting near his car. "Hey, ready to go?" Sapnap said giving Karl a peck on his cheek. "Yup, can we stop by a store to buy snacks?" Karl asked smiling. Sapnap nodded opening the door for Karl to get in.

He got inside, starting the car and giving Karl his phone to put music on. They drove to the nearest gas station, listening to music. "Do you want to go?" Sapnap asked. Karl nodded and got out of the car, closing the door behind him. Sapnap went around the car, meeting up with Karl as they walked to the entrance. Sapnap opened the door, letting Karl go through first. As Karl walked through the door, the air hit him, making his hair all puffy.

Karl tried to fix it as he walked behind Sapnap. "Let's go get slushees!" Karl said dragging Sapnap to the back. "Are you sure, its kinda cold today" Sapnap warned. "Its fineee, it won't do shit to us, don't worry" Karl reassured. "I don't feel like getting a slushee but you can get one" Sapnap said going to the candy aisle to get snacks.

Karl got a cherry slushee and got some candy, while Sapnap got some candy and chips. They both got something to drink and went to pay. "Just so you know im never gonna pay you" Karl said sticking his tongue out. "Sadly, I know". Sapnap smiled and went to hold Karls hand.

They got their snacks and headed back to the car, Karl slurping his slushee. "Calm down Karl, your gunna get a brain freeze". "Nuh uh" Karl denied drinking more of his slushee. Sapnap rolled his eyes and got into his car.

Once they made it to the park, they got out. It was the late afternoon so people were walking their dogs or taking their children to the park. "Where should we set up?" Asked Karl while he was looking around the park. "We should find a place with no people" Sapnap responded.

The air was chilly, but it was good that you wouldn't need a sweater. Karl and Sapnap walked, holding hands until they found a place. Karl set down the blanket, while Sapnap placed down the snacks from the basket.

"Hey sap". Sapnap was trying to find a good song to set while they eat their snacks. "Yea?" He set down his phone giving his full attention to Karl.

"Would you like to go to prom with me?I know its not a big thing but I just wanted to ask" Karl said looking at Sapnap.

Sapnap smiled as he rolled his eyes. He went to get something from the basket as Karl gave him confused stares. He took out the Lego flower with a sign under it saying 'Prom?'.

Karl giggled as he jumped to hug Sapnap. The Lego flower was dropped and crushed but that didn't matter to them right now, they can build it later. "Karl I love you dummy" Sapnap said looking at Karl's eyes.

Karl leaned in kissing Sapnap. The feeling of fireworks sparking in HSI stomach as the kiss was slow and long. Wanting to be kissing each other forever, but sadly they need to break apart to catch air. Karl sat on Sapnap's lap, looking at his eyes as he catches his breath.

"Just so you know we are not fucking here" Karl mentioned making Sapnap roll his eyes, smiling. "Shut up and kiss me again". Sapnap pulled Karl in, smiling in the kiss as he remembered how much he loved his boyfriend.

Karl got off Sapnap's lap, sitting next to him. They ate their snacks, talking and watching the sun set. "I was so nervous to ask you to go to prom with me for some reason" Sapnap stated. "Really?! Why?" Karl asked. "I don't know actually? I was scared you didn't like going to prom or you didn't want to go with me". Since Sapnap was little he always wanted to go to prom. Time have changed but he still wants to go to prom but this time with a boy, and he wants this boy to be Karl.

"You thought I would say no?!" Karl giggled. "Shut up" Sapnap rolled his eyes. "No! thats kind of cute, and I will never say no to you. I will love you always" Karl reached for his hand, Interlocking their fingers together. They giggled together watching the sun go down fully, turning dark.

They finally decided it was time to go home. Sapnap started picking up the wrappers that were sitting in the floor, as Karl started folding the blanket. Heading to the car and putting everything inside the trunk. They hopped in the front seats, Sapnap driving of course, and started heading home.

As they were on the road, Sapnap placed his hand on Karls knee. Karl looked up from his phone and allowed Sapnap to go further by taking his hands out from the sides. With this Sapnap slid his hand to Karl's mid thigh. Karl smiled at him as he went back on his phone. He waited till the phone turned on, after being turned off for his date. He read his notifications as they popped up.

Karl set his phone down listening to Sapnap as he mumbled the song that was playing on the radio, while his hand was on his thigh. "Soo did u like the picnic?" Sapnap asked. "I loved it, thank you" Karl said grabbing Sapnaps hand from his thigh and interlocking their fingers together.
