"Keep your stance steady! Always practice with your Armament Haki! Don't let it disappear and learn how to change its place at a seconds notice!" I shout while walking around the area we deemed good enough to train in. "That will be the difference between life and death!"

"Woah! A little harsh there?"

I glance over my shoulder to see Ace and Marco along with the rest of the Whitebeard pirates who just stared at the Kuja women with awe. "Not even a little." I respond and turn back to my people. "Turn to your assigned partners and practice fighting! Focus on your Observation Haki and getting better at sensing your opponents next move!"

Last night was definitely a roller coaster. I am running strong off of no sleep but despite that, I wanted to curl up in a ball under my bed. It's pathetic the way my heart speeds up when I hear his voice. Or the way goosebumps run across my skin when I feel him staring at me with that gaze. The gaze he was giving me right now.

I could still picture when I first walked into the bar perfectly which had my heart constricting. I shake the thought out my head and walk over to the Whitebeard pirates. I had to keep my heart under control while around Ace. This was an alliance and nothing more.

I hold my hands out to gesture to the girls behind me. "Impressed?"

Ace and Marco look behind me at how the women were all out fighting each other. I didn't need to look to see they were giving it a hundred percent. Our pride was on the line.

"I am." Marco states.

"Meh, I think our boys could do better." Ace confidently says with a smug smirk. His arms were crossed so his muscles were bulging. He was trying to look intimidating but I only found it funny.

I snort, "you think your boys can compete with my girls?" I ask amused.

Ace walks over to me so were standing toe to toe. "I do."

"Alright," I smirk. "Ladies! File in!" The women immediately stop what they were doing and line up behind me with no questions.

"I can do that too," I hear Ace mumble to Marco.

"Yeah," Marco drags on and pats Ace sympathetically on the back. "No you can't."

I turn to face the Kuja and gesture behind me at our observers. "These boys think they can keep up with our training regimen! So we are going to cool off today with a friendly competition against the Whitebeard pirates! What do you say?"

"Yes Snake Princess!"

"Good. Go take a breather while I discuss what the activities will be!" I dismiss them. I watch as a couple of them go to take a breather while others went right back to fighting.

A hand made it's appearance on my waist and I had to wiggle my way out of it in the least suspicious way possible.

"Please don't. I already told you they cannot see me displaying such acts."

Ace whines and I feel his hair tickling my cheek. "But you look sexy when acting like a boss."

"Then listen when this boss says no." I move before he can kiss my cheek.

"Ace, don't be a dick. You need to respect the way her people do things." Marco says while pulling him back to his side.

Said man huffs and puts his hands up in surrender. "Fine. I fold." He pouts and looks off to the side while grumbling, "but I'm not happy about it."
