Lance and I were getting closer to the guards. My heart was beating wildly out of my chest with every passing second. If need be I could knock them out but that would be a hassle.

Step by step, we kept up pace until we were past the guards and I let out a small breath of relief.

What idiots. I should have expected them not to check who we were since their allies were here and checking every little person would be more trouble then it's worth to them. Probably assumed no one would be crazy enough to infiltrate.

I step inside the metal building and found the entrance pretty much deserted. "I'll take it from here," I tell Lance and walk ahead of him.

If I didn't have my Observation Haki guiding me, I would've gotten lost. All these corridors look exactly the same and there were so many twists and turns. It felt like I entered a maze but had a chest code with a map that showed how to get out.

"Are we close?"

"Almost. But the next room holds a lot of pirates and that just so happens to be where Ace is." I respond as we land at double doors adorned with chains hanging on the sides. "We scope it out first and then come up with a plan of escape."

Lance nods his head in confirmation, "got it."

I adjust my sun glasses and hat one more time before opening the thick doors. The hinges were squeaking as they opened but luckily nobody gave a damn.

Lance and I went over to a wall where we could get a good view of everyone. They all seemed to be drunk off their asses and either sat around playing games or slept. Each person had a weapon of their choice beside them and some were... unique to say the least.

Once I finished surveying them, my eyes went around the room until I found Ace. He was chained to a wall beside a stage. It was obvious the chains were embedded with sea prism stone and since I didn't eat a devil fruit, I'd have no problem tearing them off. Those chains were weak unlike the cuff on his wrist. If I could just get to him then my Armament Haki would do the trick.

The next problem is how do I get over there without all these people noticing?

From my vantage point, I see a man walking up on the stage with a microphone snail in his hands. I expected maybe a 'hello, how's everyone's day been?' Or, 'I got an announcement to make so listen up.'

Never in a million years could I have guessed what he'd do.

A loud bat-like screech bounced off the walls of the room making everyone cover their ears. It lasted for a full minute and I groaned as my ears started ringing. When he stopped screeching, the booing from the crowd came as well as many angry screams.

"Oh boo you! Every last one of y'all can suck it!" The announcer crazily laughs and sticks up his middle fingers. He then sticks the snail by his derrière and let's out the longest, wettest, most disgusting sounding fart I've ever heard in my life.

He must have shit his pants with that there's no way...

The crowd got rowdy again and I looked over to see Lance copying his gesture and yelling with the crowd. "Screw you! You unsophisticated dirty repulsive vermin asshole! I should have your tongue ripped out for speaking like that in my presence and hang your head on my walls!"

I was a little stunned by the display. His eyes held such anger in them that I almost wanted to laugh. It was between that and joining him because that bitch almost broke my eardrums and was undoubtedly gross.
