"Sandro.. what is this?" Hiraya asked habang nakatingin sa ginawa kong setup dito sa beach.
It was a dinner date by the beach.
"I think this is the perfect place for me to tell you how in love I am to you." I answered.
"Sandro..."
"Please Hiraya." I said habang iniabot ang mga kamay nya.
Thank goodness at tinanggap nya naman ito and I assisted her sa pag-upo.
"This is beautiful." She said.
"This is for you." I answered.
"Pero Sandro... you didn't have to do this."
"I want to Hiraya."
"Sandro... we.. this.. we can't--"
"Why not?"
Hindi ko talaga maintindihan kung bakit nya ako pinipigilan.
"Like I said... I have already seen everything.."
"Like what? Yung hula mo?"
"Come on Hiraya, hula lang yun... I set the course of my own future Hiraya."
"Sandro..hindi lang yun basta hula.. I foreseen everything na mangyayari.. kung sino ang para sayo." She kept insisting this and medyo naiinis na ako.
"Hiraya! Just stop okay?!" I raised my voice a bit.
Nagulat naman si Hiraya at tumahimik na ito.
Kahit ako, nagulat din ako dahil parang nasigawan ko sya.
We were quiet for a minute.
Huminga naman ako ng malalim bago nagsalita.
"I'm sorry... I raised my voice... but.. Hiraya.."
"I am in love with you... ikaw ang gusto ko makasama... and not the person that you kept on saying na makakatuluyan ko."
"Everytime nakikita kita, lumalakas ang tibok ng puso ko. Hindi naman ako mapakali kapag hindi kita kasama or kahit makita man lang. Lalo na kapag may kasama kang ibang lalaki."
"It almost killed me everytime na lumalapit sayo si Simon."
"Yeah.. he is my brother... but Hiraya, no one can blame me for falling in love with you." I said.
She looked at me and I can feel na may nararamdaman din sya para sa akin.
"Bakit mo ba ako mahal?" She asked.
"Hindi ko alam... kung saan at kung kailan... I just know that I love you." I said.
She was quiet again.
Dumating naman ang server namin at hinatid ang dinner namin.
I ordered two steaks and a bottle of white wine.
"Thank you." I said as the server finished setting up our food.
"Kumain na muna tayo." I said habang hinihiwa ang steak nya at binigay ito ulit sa kanya.
"Thank you." She said smiling at me.
"Hiraya.. just please give me.. a chance.. give yourself a chance.."
I told her after we finished our dinner.
She just looked at me na parang naiiyak.
"If I do.. are you willing to take the risk?" She asked.
Kumunot naman ang noo ko.
"What risk?"
"Every risk that may come if mahalin din kita? I am telling you this right now Sandro.. marami ang magbabago pag pumayag ako."
"Marami ang mawawala sayo." She said at nakayuko na ito while wiping her tears.
What she said gave me goosebumps.
"Are you saying that... you do feel the same for me?" I asked in excitement at hinawakan ang kamay nya.
"I have always felt the same for you Sandro. Ayoko lang na gagawa ka ng desisyon and if things will turn out to be the worst, you'll blame me and you'll blame yourself."
"Hiraya..--"
"Before I say yes to you... I want you to answer this question first. I am gonna be worth it?" She asked at natahimik ako.
Hindi ko alam kung paano ko sya sasagutin.
"If you can find the answer to that question.. alam mo kung saan mo ako makikita." She said as she stood up at naglakad pabalik sa room.
Naiwan naman na nag-iisip. Ako pa tuloy ang na-pressure. Sya dapat eh.
Hay naku.
It took me three minutes.
Three minutes to find the answer.
She was about to close the door of our room when I stopped her.
She looked surprised to see me.
"Sandro--"
"You're worth it Hiraya." I said as I leaned her closer to me and kissed her.
