(Asta's p.o.v.)
Guided by Principal Yaga and Gakuganji, we, the 8 Demon Gods, Junpei, and Silva were making our way to meet Master Tengen. During the walk, Silva asked me, "So, who is Master Tengen?" I refused to speak to the royal, I was still irritated that Yaga and Gakuganji told me to let her live when I was so close to putting that flesh and blood curse out of the world's misery.
(Noelle's p.o.v.)
I was curious about who this Tengen person they were talking about, so I asked Asta who he was. He ignored me and kept walking. Junpei decided to answer my question, "Master Tengen is the oldest sorcerer alive. He's actually the only sorcerer to be born with an immortality cursed technique." I was surprised to hear that we were going to be meeting an immortal. I replied, "Wow, he must be stronger than the Demon Gods?!" Junpei shook his head and said, "Master Tengen has immortality, but not eternal youth. Other than maintaining our long term barriers, he doesn't get involved with the world. And to top it off, very few people are given permission from the Higher-ups to meet Master Tengen, so we're lucky to this opportunity, especially you. You're still considered an outsider to most of the Sorcerers." I just couldn't believe that someone so important in the Jujutsu World asked to see me. I was very curious about why he wanted to see me. After all, I'm still considered an outsider to the Sorcerers, and just from Gakuganji's previous remark, I can tell that they would rather kill me than speak to me. So, if this Master Tengen wanted to see me, it must be very important for them to let me live.
After walking for some time, we had reached the entrance to what looked like an ancient tomb. Yaga then gestured us to follow him and Gakuganji, which we did. We continued walking until we arrived at the inner sanctum. There we saw a man with a cylindrical shaped head, four eyes, and wearing long white robes. He said, "Pleasure to meet you, 8 Demon Gods, Junpei Yoshino, and Royal Sorcerer, and welcome to my home, The Tomb of the Star Corridor." Asta replied, "You must be Master Tengen, it's an honor to finally meet." I was surprised to hear that this being in front of us was the oldest sorcerer alive. Yuuji then asked the elder, "Master Tengen, I don't mean to be rude or pry, but why do you look like that?" I was curious about that myself, but I didn't want to offend him. Master Tengen replied with a chuckle, "Your curiosity is to be expected, Itadori. The reason is though I may be immortal, I'm not immune to the effects of aging. If you live for about 500 years, you would look like this as well." I was shocked to hear what age could do to you. As a woman, I hoped I would die before I get anywhere near that age.
The devil sorcerer, Liebe, then coughed and asked, "Anyway, let's get back on track. Why did you ask for all of us, Master Tengen?" He replied, "There is a terrible storm brewing, one that threatens the entirety of Humanity." That statement greatly concerned all of us, but also confused us. Todo asked, "What do you mean by that?" He explained everything about a sorcerer named Kenjaku and his allied group of intelligent Special Grade Cursed Spirits convincing Spade Kingdom to wage war against the Sorcerers, in order for them achieve their respective goals. Spade Kingdom will be able to abduct Captain Yami and Captain Vangeance so they can open a channel to the Underworld and release the Devils upon our world. And Kenjaku's group would easily be able to eradicate the rest of humanity and replace them with Cursed Spirits. That was the most insane thing I had ever heard, all of them, the Cursed Spirits and Spade Kingdom, were out of their minds. That was when the black haired man with the katana asked, "This is definitely a problem, Master Tengen. But, why are you getting involved in this. I mean, you're immortal and never get involved with the world. From the sound of it, this shouldn't be of any concern to you?" He was rather blunt, but he had a point, why would an observer like Master Tengen choose to get involved when he has no reason to. The elder replied, "Actually, Kenjaku is my concern." Asta asked, "How so, Master Tengen?" "Kenjaku has lived for over a thousand years, using his Cursed Technique to jump from one body to another. All so he could achieve his own goal." Junpei asked, "What goal?" He replied, "To force human evolution."
The Sorcerers were all baffled by what the elder said, and I asked Master Tengen, "May I ask how does he plan to do that?" He explained, "After living for over 1500 years, I had evolved closer to a Cursed Spirit. Because of this, I am able to merge with other human beings if I choose. I fear that Kenjaku maybe attempting to fuse me with all the other humans on the continent." Todo asked, "How can be he possibly accomplish such a feat?" Master Tengen answered, "While observing the Special Grade Cursed Spirits allied with Kenjaku, I learned that one of them possesses a Cursed Technique that enables him make contact with a soul and change its shape, which in turn changes the shape of body as well. And since Kenjaku is now possessing the body of Suguru Geto, he is able to use his Curse Manipulation technique, allowing Kenjaku to not only control Cursed Spirits, but also absorb them and gain the Spirit's Cursed Technique." After hearing this, slowly came to realize what Master Tengen was getting at. Asta asked, "Are you saying that if Kenjaku absorbs the Cursed Spirit, he'll be able to force you into merging with the entire continent's population?" The Elder replied, "Indeed."
We were greatly alarmed by this and I asked, "Master Tengen, for what purpose would this Kenjaku do all this? Why would he spend a millenium planning such an atrocious act?" He looked at me and said, "I don't know, I cannot see into the hearts of others." Master Tengen paused for a few seconds before continuing, "Now, for the reason why I asked to meet you, Royal Sorcerer." We all listened closely to what he was about to say, but what he said next was shocking to everyone present, including me.
