Hiram walked downstairs and he was surprised that his husband and the blonde were no longer in the chair they'd fallen asleep in the previous night instead they were in the kitchen making breakfast together and he wasn't sure why but it upset him LeRory never did this with Rachel. Hiram noticed that LeRory was telling Lucy something most likely a story and she just nodded along with him smiling softly at him " Well good morning to you to you two " Hiram said making his presence known which made Lucy's smile go away " Good morning Hiram how'd you sleep ? " LeRory asked as he continued to cook " I slept okay would've slept better had my husband been beside me " Hiram replied as he fixed himself a cup of coffee he noticed the way the young blonde stiffened up at his words " What abt you Lucy how'd you sleep " Hiram asked the girl who could tell that he didn't actually want to know nor did he care. His interest wasn't coming from a good place.

Frannie walked into the Berry home and walked into the kitchen where she instantly felt the tension in the room " Good morning everyone " Frannie said and smiled when her little sister whipped around and hugged her tightly. LeRory had called her earlier into the morning before anyone woke up to tell Frannie abt everything that had happened the previous day she was thankful the man took charge in the situation and calmed her sister down before it could've gotten any worse than it already had. " It smells delicious in here what are big chef and little chef cooking up " Frannie asked with a smile " Lucy thought it'd be a good idea to make berry pancakes " LeRory told her with a smile as her sister shyly hid her face away she knew her sister hadn't said actual words in hours but she had many forms of communication and thankfully LeRory knew what she meant. Just as Lucy pulled away from the hug and went back to helping LeRory Rachel came downstairs and Frannie wasn't happy with the girl for what she'd caused and now she needed to have a serious conversation with the shorter girl " I need to talk to you privately " Frannie told Rachel as soon as she entered the kitchen not giving the opportunity to tell anyone good morning.

The two girls walked outside and Rachel had to admit she was scared " What's up ? " Rachel asked and wasn't surprised when Frannie scoffed " Don't what's up me. Why'd you do that to Lucy yesterday " Frannie said cutting straight to the point which caught Rachel off guard " I-...I was tired of her not defending herself those kids at school say such awful shitty things abt her and all she says is ' it's fine, it's okay ' when it isn't okay and I can see in her eyes that she's hurt " Rachel told her honestly but that didn't seem to change Frannie's mood " What makes you think that was your place Rachel ? Shoving her ?! Yelling at her ! Scaring her to the point where she has an awful panic attack ! To the point to where she won't say anything verbally to anyone ! " Frannie yelled at the shorter girl " I-..I didn't mean to scare her Frannie I really didn't...and I didn't mean to get as angry as I did...I was gonna apologize but she won't even move away from my daddy..." Rachel said sadly and Frannie could tell the girl was sorry but that didn't excuse what she'd done " You did it Rachel...and unfortunately now she won't talk to anyone and that includes you.." Frannie told her before going back inside.

Rachel sighed deeply going back inside and into the kitchen seeing that her daddy and Lucy had finished making the pancakes and saw her even made Lucy a mug of hot chocolate even tho it was rather warm outside. Quietly Rachel sat down at the table beside her dad and watched as Lucy slowly ate her breakfast she watched the way she leaned into her daddy and watched the two of them interact with one another. While Rachel thought it was sweet that the two were bonding it did hurt a little she used to do those things with the blonde and now she wasn't bc she ruined it...as Rachel watched everyone she noticed how annoyed her dad seemed and that confused her why was he annoyed ? Why'd he look like he wanted to scream ? She wasn't sure but she suspected it had something to do with Lucy " Hey Lucy after you finish eating how abt you play a song on the piano ? Sing a song maybe ? " Frannie asked her and Rachel was a little surprised that the blonde nodded. Smiling softly Rachel watched as Lucy picked at her breakfast taking small bites and completely downing her hot chocolate getting whipped cream on her face which made her daddy and Frannie laugh as they all finish her up their breakfast.
