Rachel sighed as she quietly came back inside from her morning run she could see her daddy in the kitchen making breakfast and she noticed her dads car was already gone she'd expected that. The brunette shot her daddy a small smile before going upstairs to her bathroom and immediately getting in the shower. The weekend had been awful for everyone in the house her fathers kept arguing, her dad kept saying sly things to and abt Lucy which unfortunately made the blonde cry more than once. Rachel didn't like any of this her dad was upsetting everyone including her and he didn't seem to care one bit of he was treating everyone so bad how would he continue to handle Lucy's case ? Lucy was his client and he was supposed to be civil but he wasn't he wasn't doing anything to make sure she was comfortable.

Rachel's mind was running at a mile a minute but right now that didn't matter what did matter was making sure her favorite blonde was up for their first day back to school and sure enough when she walked out the bathroom dressed the blonde was still sleeping soundly in her bed hair spread out in the pillow. Smiling Rachel walked over to her bed and sat down next to the blonde and gently shook her " Luce...time to get up " She said softly earning a groan in response " No come on daddy's making waffles " Rachel told her and she like she thought the blonde opened her eyes slowly and looked at her " Waffles ?..." Lucy asked her voice thick with sleep " Mhm waffles " Rachel told her as her own cheeks turned a deep shade of pink she loved Lucy's morning voice she thought it was rather hot. " Meet me downstairs when your dressed and ready okay ? " Rachel said kissing the blonde on the head before getting up and going downstairs.

LeRory smiled at the sight of his daughter " Good morning Rach " he said with a smile " Morning daddy " She said sitting down at the island " How'd you sleep ? " he asked as he sat his daughter's breakfast in front of her " I slept okay Lucy had a nightmare or two but otherwise it was pretty good " she told him as she began eating and he nodded the two falling into a conversation abt school. Eventually Lucy joined them downstairs she wasn't dressed in her usual girly type clothes she was dressed in a pair of jeans and a Captain America t-shirt her hair was up in a messy bun and she had her glasses on " Good morning Lucy I love your outfit " LeRory said sliding the girls breakfast and medicine in front of her as she sat down " Good morning and thank you..," Lucy said shyly she still wasn't used to getting compliments from people that actually meant it.

Soon enough the girls ended up having to leave so they told LeRory goodbye both girls getting a kiss on the head and left. The ride to school had been relatively quiet both girls were nervous they hadn't been to school in weeks and they'd posted all the tweets so far no one knew it was them which was good. Unfortunately the girls had arrived at school faster than they'd expected and now they had to face everyone taking a deep breath both girls got out of the car and walked into the school and thankfully no one was paying them any attention or so they thought.

The school day had been rather boring tho both girls had sat in every class talking and laughing as they completed their assignments. To most of their classmates it was still strange seeing the two together but now the girls were in the auditorium eating their lunch and listening to music and talking that was until a song both girls loved came on and instantly they were both on their feet dancing and singing
