Chapter 15

Donnie's Pov

It's now around 6 pm and I haven't slept yet. I had been working on Y/n's motorcycle all night making a few adjustments... Trying to keep my mind off 𝙝𝙚𝙧.

But sadly the only thing that raced through my mind was 𝙝𝙚𝙧. Why do I keep thinking about you? I mean yes I flirted with you. And... I might have... Some feelings... How the hell did you end up like this Donatello?

You've known her for only two weeks, maybe, and you've only spent 3 days with her out of those two weeks. You seriously fell for a girl in only 3 days?

Maybe I didn't... Yeah pfft me? Fall for someone? That is just ridiculous. I mean I of course loved her laugh. Her smile, her voice, how when she got flustered it would sound almost squeaky. How silky her hair was and how soft-

"God damnit." I fumbled the wrench out of my hands, and it crashed to the floor. I then stood up walking over to grab it.

"Sigh, I'm down bad." I mumbled to myself. I heard footsteps outside of the lab's entrance followed by a knock. "U-uhm w who's there?" startled that it might have been Y/n but to my relief I heard April's voice.

"It's April D, why do you sound so nervous?" She then walked into the lab . "I do not know what you are talking about, April. I could not be more calm." She glanced behind me.

"Is that... Is that Y/n's motorcycle?!" She walked over and nudged me to the side. "Why yes it is." I said happily, admiring my work.

She turned to me and smirked. "So D, is there any particular reason you're doing this for Y/n maybe because...... Ooohh I don't knnowww you like her?"

My arms were crossed as I stared at April. I felt my face slowly heating up. "Ooo, Someone's BlUShINg." She teased, poking my plastron with her finger. "Only b-because you're embarrassing me, I have no such feelings." I stumbled backwards a bit.

"Aww mister "Bad Boy" has fallen head over heels." She said in a singing tone using air quotes when she said "Bad Boy". "A-April s-stop that." I stammered a bit. This was so embarrassing!

She just smirked at me. "Fine fine but answer me this, did you or did you not flirt with her?" I looked at April then the ground my face heated up as I placed a hand behind my head. "I- may have done something of the sorts."

I heard April start to laugh and I lifted my head up to look up at her. "What is so amusing?!" She wiped a tear from her eye. "Oh nothing it's just so funny to see YOU getting all mushy mushy."

"SCOFF, I am not getting all "mushy mushy." I threw my hands in the air dramatically. "Whatever D." She crossed her arms and rolled her eyes at me. "So what brings you to my lab in the first place anyways?" I asked

April thought for a moment. "OH rigghhttt I just came here to tell you." She came really close to my face pointing a finger at me. "If you make Y/n too uncomfortable like that again I will not hesitate to beat you with my bat." She had the most serious and evil look on her face.

It shocked me, scared me and also confused me. Y/n was uncomfortable, and it was because of me and Leo? "What do you mean uncomfortable? D-Did we go too far?" I was really worried; we didn't mean to make her uncomfortable... It was just so amazing to see that cute little flustered face.

"Well... She was pretty shaken up from it and didn't really know how to react. It just startled her a bit." We scared her. Oh no no no no that's the last thing I wanted to do. "Where is she?" I said. Thinking of what I would say to her.

April had a confused look. "Uhm Leo's room, why?" Of course she was there... Why do I still feel jealous? UGH I hate these feelings. "I just want to make it up to her." I said trying to hold back my frustration.

April examined me. "Hhhmm... Alright but if I hear anything about you OR Leo being a dumb ass I will not hesitate-"

"To beat us to death, yes, yes I am well aware April." I walked over to Y/n's motorcycle and placed a tarp over it. Wouldn't want to ruin the surprise.

I was walking towards Leo's room after April had kept telling me to not do anything that would upset you.

Taking a deep breath I slowly peered into Leo's Room looking around. I saw Leo sitting up with you in his arms. He was playing with your hair while you were still sound asleep. God why did that hurt so damn much?

"What are you doing Nardo?" I said, making him jump a bit. "Mmmhm." You groaned a bit shifting in Leo's arms but still fast asleep. Leo then looked at me rolling his eyes. "What does it look like I'm cuddling Y/n." he sassily whispered

I crossed my arms stepping into the room then walking over to sit on the edge of the bed trying to hold my emotions down, which was harder than expected. Why are emotions so difficult? I took a deep breath "April said we made her uncomfortable and that she was a bit shaken up after she left us." I said.

Leo's eyes widened slightly as he stopped stroking your hair. "R-Really?" He sounded a bit concerned. I opened my mouth to speak but was cut off by your movements. "Hhmm..." You sat up a bit rubbing your eyes while yawning.

Your eyes fluttered open as you then scanned the room you saw, me? You looked quite confused. Why are you so adorable...? You then realized that you were basically sitting in Leo's lap and your eyes widened.

You started blushing like crazy. There it was that cute flustered little face. Sadly, it made me blush as well. "Rise and shine Cupcake." Leo said flirtatiously.

Me and Leo noticed you lightly shivered at his comment. "Uh H-Hi..." You said quietly, your voice soft and warm... Why does that drive me crazy? Leo put a hand on your cheek, looking deep into your eyes. Ugh I can't take this anymore.

I slowly moved towards you and wrapped my arms around your waist. You were practically sandwiched between me and Leo. I could feel you tense up. Were we scaring you again?

You pushed both of us away, softly of course, and made your way off the bed. Grabbing your shoes and putting them on. "Where are you going Princess?" I asked, trying to sound as soothing as possible.

But you just stiffened while looking like you were... Thinking, maybe? you then let out a breath. "Anywhere but here." And with that you were out the door.

Leo looked at me with concern and confusion. "Wow, did we actually upset her, again?" Leo asked me, he looked pretty guilty. "Nardo I think we might have fucked up."
