"L-Link...?" The demonic mutant asked through ragged breaths, his psyche a haze that could barely comprehend what was happening. There was still a conflict within himself, the demon, the madness and the control were all fighting.

"Easy there, brother..." The Wild Hero assured, the flames around them dying down to let a few rays of light tentatively shine through the black mist. He took a knee next to him, having already sheathed his weapons, and offered his left hand to take. "Let's get you somewhere where you can recover...!" His voice was calm and firm as he advised.

The Bearer of The DOOM Slayer looked at his hand, then at The Champion Knight's expression... before taking his hand and was helped to his feet. His brother had to steady him, the sharp whistle cutting through the air before a distinct horse neigh came in reply and Epona swiftly trotted over. Dynamo could see that the chestnut white-haired mare was being cautious of him, the sounds of concern were unmistakable, and he didn't condemn her at all.

It was still a blur as he was lifted over the horse's lower back to be carried, eyes almost closing from the numb sensation. The pain was so tremendous that he was unable to feel it anymore.

Right after, Link leapt into the saddle and grabbed Epona's reins, immediately spurring her into a fast gallop as he steered her towards the small settlement of Hateno, where his home was. There was no better place in his mind to allow The Mercenary to recover and find a solution to deal with his condition. He would have to talk to The Princess about all this and come up with a solution to stop them. Having The Bearer of The DOOM Slayer back on their side in a way definitely gave them a better chance of success.
