About a month later Josie was at her doctor's office getting her knee checked out. They had been having her get it checked every other week, just to make sure everything was alright.

"Well?" Josette said as she watched the doctor examine her daughter's knee.

"Her knee looks great, practically fully healed," the doctor said with a smile and stood up from his chair and walked over to Josie's file, taking a paper out.

"Does this mean I can play soccer again?" the brunette said getting up from the exam table and looking at the doctor with hope in her eyes.

"I wouldn't go that far, I'm recommending 2 weeks of physical therapy, I want you to do it on Tuesday and Thursday, just to make sure your knee is healed enough to play, does that sound good?" he said writing something down on a paper.

Josie sighed and nodded "yeah that's fine."

"How much will physical therapy cost?" Josette said.

"Well, looking at your insurance it's covered but normally it would be 600."

Josette just nodded in response.

"Well, you're free to go, I'll see you around this time next month for another checkup," the doctor said before going out of the room.

"Thank God, I thought I was going to have to be out of soccer forever," Josie said opening the door and wheeling her mom out of the doctor's office and into the parking lot.

"Slow down, you heard what your doctor said, 2 weeks of physical therapy before you can do anything, and that's if you can even play again" Josette reminded her daughter.

"I know, I know but my knee feels fine" she then wheeled her towards the car before helping her mom who buckled herself in.

"You want to stop for breakfast before we go pick your sister up from the Salvatore school?" her mother asked.

"The Salvatore school? Oh please don't tell me she's with her boyfriend" the brunette said starting the car and pulling out.

"Do you not like him?" Josette asked confused.

"It's not that, he's a nice guy I just hate going to that school whenever she wants to hang out with him, all they do is kiss and leave me to fend for myself!"

"Does this have something to do with that Hope girl?" Josette asked looking over at her daughter who was focused on the road.

"What? No- we are cool now? I guess."

"Mhm," her mother said.

When they got to the Salvatore school both Josie and her mother texted Lizzie that they were there a few times with no response.

After about ten minutes of waiting, Josette sent her daughter to go look for her sister.

"Ugh, why me," Josie said before getting out of the car and making her way into the school.

When the brunette stepped foot inside she saw a bunch of students her age standing around, talking amongst each other.

Josie made her way down the hall and stopped as soon as she saw Sebastian and Lizzie in the student lounge making out.

"Do you not know how to check your phone? mom and I have been texting you we are here for like 15 minutes" Josie said loud enough for the two to jump apart.

"Sorry jeez, I got a little distracted," the blonde said and Sebastian smirked.

"It's fine, can we leave now? I'm tired."

"Sure," she said before turning to her boyfriend "bye baby" she placed a kiss on his lips before standing up and linking her arms with her sister.

"So how was your doctor's appointment?" Lizzie asked as they walked down the halls.

"It went well, the doctor said my knee is practically good as new, but I have to take 2 weeks of physical therapy."

"That sucks, when do you start?"

"First session is on Tuesday at 5 in the morning, so just before school," Josie said and her sister nodded.

Josie and Lizzie continued walking not even realizing Hope was behind them the whole time listening to their conversation.

When Josie woke up on Tuesday morning she started her routine early, she was starting physical therapy today.

So she brushed her teeth, and gave her mom her medicine before making breakfast which was pancakes, eggs, and sausage.

Josie was in the middle of giving her mom her plate when she heard a knock at the door. The girl furrowed her eyebrows, that's weird they never have guests this early.

She handed the plate of food to her mom before making her way to the door. When she opened it and peeked her head out her jaw dropped.

Hope Mikaelson was standing in front of her apartment door.

"This is not real," Josie thought to herself.

"Hi," Hope said waving.

"Hi? did you need something?" Josie asks confused.

"Oh right, uh I'm here to take you to therapy."

"What? no, I'm taking myself."

"I injured you I want to help you, I'm taking you" Hope said firmly.

"No."

"Don't be like that parker, let me take you."

"I'm having breakfast so-"

"Great, I love breakfast," Hope said inviting herself into the girl's home.

"Yes Hope please come inside," Josie said sarcastically before shutting the door.

"Who's this?" Josette asked from her bed.

"This is Hope," Josie said rolling her eyes.

"It's nice to meet you Ms.Parker" Hope gave her a charming smile.

"It's nice to meet you too?"

Hope sat down at the counter and put some eggs on her plate, along with a sausage.

"Yes, Hope please eat my food," the brunette said before going back to eating her eggs.

"Your hospitality is amazing I must say," Hope said digging into the food Josie made.

After they had both finished eating Josie made her way out of the apartment with Hope following quickly behind.

The brunette ran to her car attempting to lock it before Hope could get in but she was too late.

Josie sighed "I'm not gonna be able to get rid of you am I?"

"Nope," Hope shook her head.

"Figured" Josie sighed and pulled out of her apartment complex.
