When they arrived at the physical therapist's office Josie looked around skeptically. The room had various exercise equipment, a yoga ball, some rails to hold onto, and a few jump ropes.

"This looks like the inside of my gym, I could give you physical therapy for free" Hope rolled her eyes.

"Shush, you are here to watch, not judge" the brunette rolled her eyes.

"You must be Josette! I've been expecting you" a woman came from around the corner, smiling at both girls "and you brought a friend! lovely we love to have supporters here."

"A friend... sure..." Josie said even though it was the farthest thing from the truth. It wasn't like she could tell her therapist that Hope was her rival and was the one who injured her.

"Well since you're here" the woman looked at Hope "you want to help me with a few exercises?"

"Yeah, sure just tell me what I can do" Hope nodded, putting her hands in her pockets.

"Okay, Josette can you lay on here for me," the woman said patting what looked like a massage table. Josie nodded and sat on the table before laying down.

"Will it be okay if Hope helps? I often found that patients are more comfortable with friends."

"Sure... why not..." Josie said through gritted teeth.

"Alright, Hope I want you to put your hand on her knee, and about right here on her calf," she said pointing.

"Is that alright Josette?" the woman asked and Josie just nodded not even caring at this point, she just wanted to get this done.

"With this test, I just want to see how flexible your knee is and if it gives you any pain at all when it moves," the therapist said before gesturing Hope over to her.

Hope swallowed before she brought her hand to Josie's calf and her other to the girl's knee.

"Okay now slowly lift her leg and keep doing it until I say stop," the woman said before taking out a notepad.

The auburnette looked at Josie as she slowly lifted the girl's calf. The taller girl tried not to look back instead choosing to stare at the ceiling.

The therapist observed Josie before writing something down "okay you can put her leg down, it looks like you aren't having pain so I'm going to start you off on the treadmill."

Once Hope's hands were off of her Josie let out a breath before looking to the physical therapist and nodding.

Once she was done with her appointment they both went to the car and awkwardly sat there.

"You wanna get coffee?" Hope said breaking the silence.

"Not with you."

"Oh okay."

Silence.

"Can you drop me off at the Salvatore school?"

"Can you not walk?"

"I can I just don't like sweating."

"No."

"Please?"

"Fine."

When they arrived at the Salvatore school Hope immediately got out of the car. She didn't get the chance to say bye to Josie, the brunette had already driven off.

Rude.

Hope sighed and walked up the steps and made her way into the school where she saw Jen sitting on the couch laying with her head hanging off.

"Where have you been," the girl in a beanie said looking up at the auburnette.

"Out" Hope said starting to walk toward her dorm room.

"With Josie? she's the enemy."

"How'd you know about that."

"There's a window right there dude" she pointed.

"Yes, I was out with Josie not that it's any of your business."

Jen raised her arms in surrender "I was just asking no need to get angry, it's just- your dad was pissed you missed morning practice, he wants to talk to you in his office."

"Of course he does" she sighed and rubbed her eyes.

"Good luck dude" Jen saluted.

"Thanks" Hope rolled her eyes before making her way toward her father's office.
