Hope officially is a terrible person.
She can not believe what she just did... she cheated on her boyfriend. She always told herself she would never be one of those people but she did it.
"S-Should we talk about this?" Josie said as she put her shorts back on. Hope looked at her and swallowed.
"Later?" she said and the brunette nodded before turning to her locker and grabbing her bag.
A moment after Hope put her jersey back on the locker room door opened revealing their teammates walking in all sweaty.
"There you two are, thought I was going to walk back into a hyena fight" Maya chuckled and went to her locker and grabbed her water bottle.
"We've calmed down," Hope said.
"Dang you got her good Jo," Maya said touching a bruise on the auburnettes neck. Hope and Josie shared a look before blushing.
"Uh I should probably go now, I'm supposed to be going out for dinner," Hope said putting her bag in her should and giving Josie one last look before exiting the locker room.
As soon as she exited she saw Landon waiting against the wall of the hallway, he was shooting her a smile.
"There you are, are you ready to go?"
Hope gulped.
They had ended up going to the mystic grill for dinner and Hope was barely talking to Landon and she could tell it was making the boy a bit sad.
But she could barely look at the boy without wanting to burst into tears. She felt so bad about what she did to the boy.
He was going to be so crushed when he found out and Hope was honestly not ready.
"Is everything okay?" Landon asked with a sigh.
"Yeah I'm fine" she poked at her food.
"Is that a bruise on your neck?" his eyebrows furrowed together and Hope immediately put her palm over the bruise.
"I got into a fight with" she quickly said and the boy's eyebrows widened in shock.
"Holy shit! Are you okay?" he said getting up and sitting beside her, putting his arm around the girl.
Hope frowned and looked down "yeah it was a stupid fight... but we made up" she closed her eyes.
"Right there fuck" she heard Josie's moans in her head.
"Well if there are any more problems tell me and I'll be here to support you with whatever" he smiled and rubbed her back.
He knows she is trying to reassure her but it's only making her feel worse.
When Landon dropped her off at home she walked into the house and saw her mom reading a book on the couch.
"Hey honey" the woman smiled and took off her glasses "how was your day?"
"Terrible" she sighed and sat next to her mom and laid her head on the woman's chest.
"Why what happened?"
"Promise no judgment?"
"You're my daughter, I would never judge you no matter what you said or did" Hayley rubbed the girl's back, and the teen sighed.
"I'm a cheater and slept with Josie and now I think I may be in love with her and I already have a boyfriend."
They sat there in silence.
"You're judging me right?"
"No of course not it's just a lot to take in baby..."
"What should I do? I'm so lost."
"Well firstly you're going to have to be honest with Landon even if it does hurt him, then you're going to have to figure it how you're feeling about Josie."
"You're right... thanks mom..."
"Now go change out of your uniform and I'll make us some ice cream and we can watch some Christmas movies" she smiled.
"Okay..." she said getting up and going to her room.
