When Hope pulled into the apartment complex Josie got out of the car not even giving the shorter girl a chance to stop the car.
She ran into the apartment and stopped when she saw her mom and sister laying in the woman's hospital bed.
"Are you kidding me??" Josie said.
"Oh, there you are! a new episode of the lifeboat is on! I forgot it was on tonight until mom reminded me" Lizzie smiled "now we can see who Allison chooses!" she clapped her hands.
The striker gave her sister an angry look "I thought mom was dying or something! you scared me to death!"
Josette and Lizzie looked at each other before looking at the girls
"I'm sorry... I guess I didn't think about it, but she's very much alive if that helps?" the blonde said and Josie just rolled her eyes before walking out of the apartment and leaning against the railing.
"Everything okay?" Hope said standing next to her.
"Thankfully" she sighed "my sister just likes giving me a heart attack."
"Well, I should probably head back to my school I've got a lot of packing to do" she pointed to her car. The brunette looked at her confused.
"Are you moving?"
"I'm just moving in with my mom, she found us a place that's close to here actually" Hope shrugged.
"Living over here and going to the Salvatore school? gas money is going to be hell."
"That's if I don't go to mystic falls" she smirked at the brunette.
"The girls will destroy you" she chuckled "you're like their enemy."
"Not my fault they suck at soccer."
"They don't suck!"
"Uh yes they do, I easily got the ball playing with them, you're the only person who ever challenged me when on the field."
"Well, I can't argue with that" Josie grinned.
"Speaking of, when are you getting back on the field?" she raised an eyebrow.
"Well my doctor cleared me so whenever I feel up to it, but I think I'm gonna take it easy for a few."
"That's probably a smart idea, well, bye Jo" she gave her a small wave which Josie returned.
She watched Hope get in her car and pull off.
"Get in here and watch the show, we don't want to watch you drool over your girlfriend," Lizzie said pulling her into the apartment.
"She's not my girlfriend!"
"Whatever" she chuckled before pressing play on the tv.
When Hope put her boxes into her mom's car the next morning her teammates all slowly walked toward the car.
"Oh yeah, guys" Hope said shutting the trunk and looking at them.
"We just wanted to come to say by before you left" Penelope.
"Some of us were forced to" Alyssa murdered earning an elbow to her ribs.
"Thanks, guys... you honestly made this place more bearable I'm going to miss seeing you every day" she nodded at them.
"Are you not going here anymore?" Penelope asked.
"I'm not sure yet..."
"I'm going to miss you so much dude," Jen said wrapping her arms around Hope. The auburnette wasn't a big fan of hugs but she was going to make an exception for the girl.
"You're the best roommate I've ever had," she said still hugging her.
"I can't say the same for you but I enjoyed rooming with you... For the most part" Hope patted her back.
When Jen pulled away the girl wiped her eyes and looked down with a frown.
"I'll still come to see you guys all the time" the shorter girl promised.
"No hurry" Alyssa smirked.
The girl rolled her eyes and looked to the entrance as she saw her mom come out of the school with the last box "did you say your goodbyes?"
She nodded and waved at her friends before getting into her mother's car.
When Hayley got in the car she looked over at her daughter and smiled "you ready?" Hope nodded and smiled back.
"Let's do this."
