I was taken aback when I heard that. Napalingon ako kay Dash dahil sa sinabi niya.
"What?" tanong ko
"Si Blue kako, baka matunaw" natatawang paglilinaw niya
"What the fuck do you mean?" I asked him again
"Come fucking on Riel, you are so obvious. Still denying until now I see" pagsingit ni Levi sa usapan namin, mukhang may tama na dahil di niya ugaling sumabat.
"For the hundredth time, we are just friends. What the fuck are you talking about?" I clarified then drank my shot.
I can't help myself.
Kusang lumipat ang mga mata ko sa pwesto ni Blue.
He is on a couch with a girl. They kept whispering something to each other until they kissed.
Iniwas ko ang mata ko at binalik ito kayla Dash.
"Whatever, ilang taon na ko nag-aadvice sayo pagod nako " naiiling na sabi ni Dash
Hindi ko na siya pinansin at uminom nalang ulit ako.
"I don't get you Riel. Why are you holding back?" Levi asked.
Napabuntong hininga nalang ako. Ang kukulit...

We've been friends since 8. We are now 28.

Isa pa, magkaibigan na kami since God knows when.
Kung mangyayari man ang sinasabi nila Levi, will I really risk those years of friendship just for a stupid relationship na walang kasiguraduhan kung magtatagal?
Even marriage doesn't give you the assurance na habang buhay kayo. I witnessed it through my parents.
Lahat yang mga yan, at the end lolokohin ka rin. Just like what my Mom did.
Kinuha ko ang phone ko at tinext si Blue na gusto ko nang umuwi dahil inaantok na ako.
I saw him lightly pushing the girl away to stop the kiss. He must've felt his phone. Nilabas niya ito sa bulsa niya at maya maya ay napatingin sakin. May sinabi siya sa babae at agad na tumayo at lumapit sa direksyon ko.
Kaya ever since, I've decided that if the time to feel more for Blue arises, which is highly unlikely by the way, I will still choose friendship.
"Antok ka na? Tara na Gabby, ako na ang magdadrive" He softly said nang makalapit sa akin.
As friendship is forever...
And I want forever with Blue.
