Blue's POV

"Blue.. Magpalit ka muna..." pilit ni Dash.

Umiling ako..

Hindi ko kaya. Hindi ako aalis dito hangga't di lumalabas si Gabby....

Pakiramdam ko, nakatayo ako ngayon sa lubid at anumang oras ay malalaglag ako...

Hangga't hindi okay si Gabriel, hindi ako tatayo dito..

Hihintayin ko siya..

I promised to stay by his side..

Ramdam ko ang panlalambot ng katawan ko, at kanina pa basa ang pisngi ko sa mga luhang walang humpay sa pag-agos. Ni wala na akong lakas na punasan pa.

The scene played again in my head..

Gabriel crossing the street.

Him, falling on his knees..

Me running up to go to him..

But not fast enough to save him from a car.

It happened in seconds..

The next thing I saw is him, bathing on his own blood...

Naihilamos ko ang kamay ko sa mukha ko.

"Tangina.." bulong ko.

I tried my best to bring him to the hospital as quick as possible.

He painted my white uniform red with his blood. Pero wala akong lakas na magpalit.

"Briel will be displeased to see how you look right now"

Napatingala ako kay Tita Gemma, Gabby's mom.

Acting as if she knows Gab huh?

"Tita, with all due respect, he will not be happy to see you here too" Mahina kong sinabi.

All my energy are drained out..

Gusto kong itaboy paalis ang nanay ni Gabriel pero wala akong lakas.. Hangga't di ko nasisigurong ligtas si Gabriel.. Paulit ulit akong lalamunin ng takot..

Ni hindi ko nga alam kung paano nalaman ng nanay niya ang nangyari. Kung paano nahanap kung saang ospital.

But nothing's impossible with her mom I guess.. Gab's dad is well off, yes. But her mom's bloodline is beyond powerful.

She is actually the reason why Gab and I stayed as friends when we were kids.. My mom is a business partner of Gab's mom before..

I don't know why, but she respected Gab's wish not to see her through the years.
