I closed my eyes and relaxed. Nilubog ko pa ang katawan ko sa bath tub.
I never expected Blue bringing that up.
Hearing that made me remember a lot of pain I was trying so hard to forget.
Am I going overboard?

Memories started to flash in my head... Back to where it all started..

Dumagundong sa buong bahay ang tunog ng mga nababasag na gamit.
I closed my eyes tightly. Here they go again..
"Tangina Claire! Ginagawa mo akong tanga! Huling huli ko na kayo!" I heard my dad shouting
"Nasaan ang ebidensya mo? WALA NAMAN DIBA? NABABALIW KA LANG!" Mom fought back
I can feel the loud beating of my heart.
Every night, this is the scenario at our house.
My parents fighting. Dad accusing Mom, Mom denying it.
"Kitang kita ng dalawang mata ko Claire! May kahalikan ka sa restaurant!"
I felt my tears falling.
It's painful to hear them bicker at each other everyday.
It's heartbreaking to see how their marriage slowly fall apart.
"HINDI NA NGA KASI AKO MASAYA SA PUNYETANG PAMAMAHAY NA TO! PAGOD NA PAGOD NA AKONG MAGPANGGAP! ANG TAGAL TAGAL KO NA PINAPAPIRMAHAN SAYO ANG DIVORCE PAPERS!"
"NAPAKA SELFISH MO CLAIRE! PAANO NAMAN ANG ANAK NATIN HA? HINDI MO MANLANG NAIISIP SI GABRIEL SA MGA PINAGGAGAGAWA MO!!!"
"MAIINTINDIHAN AKO NI GABRIEL BALANG ARAW! IKAW! IKAW ANG HINDI NAKAKAINTINDI SA AKIN! KINUKULONG MO AKO! ISANG MALAKING KASINUNGALINGAN NALANG ANG LAHAT! TINGIN MO DESERVE NI GABRIEL NA LUMAKI SA KASINUNGALINGAN NA TO!"
My heart clenched.

Alam kong sa hiwalayan na ang punta nila.
