Sooo, this is less like an actual AU, but more like a cute little idea! ^^
I believe I have firste seen something about this in a Minecraft animation video YEARS ago. Don't ask me which one tho, because I don't remember sadly. ;-;
Anyways, the idea goes as follows:
The vanilla mobs have a secret bar hidden somewhere underground in the overworld! And the player happens to stumble upon it by accident! They accidentaly mine through the wall and suddenly get stared at by a dozen mobs or so, who -up until this point - were just drinking, socializing and having a good time.
Like, there's an Enderman behind the bar, basically running the place and making all the drinks and stuff. A couple Zombies and Piglins (for some reason they don't turn into Zombie-Piglins in this fine establishment. Magic~!) are sitting at the bar, chatting, drinking, y'know. All the while, some skeletons and creepers had been jamming out to some music! ^^
Anyways, as the player accidentally tears a hole into the wall, awkward silence ensues. Everymob present just stares at them and the player just stares back, not knowing what to do. Eventually they'd start stammering some sort of excuse and how they'll fix the hole again, but would get interrupted by a Zombie just casually offering them a drink. XD
Taken aback, the player accepts and reluctantly joins him by the bar, fully expecting to be attacked any moment. But everyone's chill about it and just goes back to having a good time. The Zombie, who invited the player and the barkeeper Enderman strike up a conversation with them, easing them into relaxing and not worrying too much about the teared up wall.
As time goes by the player does repare the damage they've caused and grows really fond of the small bar. They frequent the place more often and make more friends there until they become a regular themself!
Someday the jukebox there unfortunately breaks, but since the player kows how to play the guitar, they offer to provide the music instead until the jukebox gets fixed. And ever since that day it's like a little highlight, whenever the player brings their guitar and plays! ^^ Sometimes they have little spontaneous concerts there too!
Through some reason or event even Herobrine hears about that bar and the human coming there. So he decides to pay it a visit himself too! At first in disguise of course (The classic dark cape and hood, lol) to check if the player is actually as nice as he's heard or if they're just pretending to be.
Aaaaand as time goes by, even he warms up to the whole scenario, dropping his disguise and joining the friend group as a regular as well!
To sum this idea up in two words: Wholesomeness and togetherness! ^^
