Izuku Yagi neglected for lacking a quirk while his sister Izuna Yagi is the family favorite for possessing a powerful quirk. Izuku himself may not have a quirk but is a naturally talented in athletics

It had been a couple weeks the rookie squads of Delta, Echo and Foxtrot had been deployed to New Mexico to deal with the group Abismo (Abyss). During these days all three squads would have patrol days which improved their experience as time passed they expected to be placed in the area as full time guards only to be surprised by commander Phantom
Phantom: Delta, Echo and foxtrot you're all going back to base....
The surprise and shock of this news had them surprised until Izuku spoke for everyone.
Izuku: Sir I thought we were doing a good job. Why are you pulling us out of the mission.
Phantom: Well we have more soldiers here and now it's easier to protect the town. The assignment is over
Many of the members were surprised that the assignment didn't last as long as they expected.
Phantom: Before you depart make sure you take all your belongings and enjoy your last day here you leave at 3:00pm
The guys packed and loaded all their things into the carrier that would take them back to base and told the pilot to be on standby until 3:00pm until Izuku remembered the necklace that was given to him yesterday.
Izuku: Solomon, David, Dominic can I ask you something
The three who were called out looked to Izuku
Solomon:What's up?
Izuku pulled out the necklace he was given

Izuku: Can you guys tell me what this necklace represents?
As they all saw the necklace the trio looked at one another and David explained
David: This is archangel Michael the necklace means may he protect you through your journey.
Izuku decided that he'd immediately wear the gift the group of four had caught up to everyone else.
The three rookie squads headed to eat at the restaurant Doña Gloria's where they've been eating. When they ordered the Spanish speaking member of Delta had informed them that they will be departing in a few hours.
While the patrons who were in the restaurant heard the news that their heroes were to depart today they sent a messenger to tell everyone. As the group of young men began to eat and spend the last hours taking in the sights when Delta, Echo and Foxtrot made it back to the shuttle for their departure they saw many of that towns people.
Solomon: Que está pasando aquí? (What's going on here?)
Citizen: nosotros escuchamos que se van. (we heard that you're leaving)
David: si es cierto que ya nos vamos van a tener otros soldados defendiendo su pueblo ( It's true we're leaving you're gonna have other soldiers defending you're town.)
Citizen: antes que se vayan nosotros queremos regalarles esto (before you leave we want to give you this)
In front of the young men they were gifted food, crates of beer, Mexican candy and souvenirs. When everything was loaded on the shuttle the three rookie squads had gotten on the shuttle to return to base. After a few hours the rookies had arrived at base only to be greeted by Commander Winston and D.V.A
Winston: Welcome back cadets i see you've all had one heck of a mission. You're all getting some time off before we the higher ups decide to pick who else will get sent off on a mission. D.VA would you like to add anything?
D.VA: I know this was your first mission and if you've never killed anyone before you can talk to the psychiatrist here on base. I recommend you all at least get to know the doctors here on base.
Winston: Well cadets with that you're all dismissed to head to your homes here on base.
As Delta, Foxtrot and Echo said their goodbyes Delta was gonna head out until they heard D.V.A "Hey guys can I borrow Izuku?"
Izuku: Go on ahead guys I'll see you at home.
Dominic, David and Solomon agreed and made their way to their home on base. When Izuku turned back to D.VA he wasn't sure what was going to happen but he felt her embrace
D.VA: Im glad you're home safe and sound
Izuku: Thanks I appreciate that you were thinking about me
The two shared a passionate kiss then walked to their respective vehicles to get back home. Izuku was gonna ask D.VA for a ride back since he told his team to head home before him until he heard a horn honk he saw his team wait for him.
Izuku: I thought you guys went home?
Solomon: We decided to wait for you
Izuku: Thanks I appreciate it guys.
When Delta squad had arrived to their home each member had gone to their own room to sleep, rest and recover.
Next day
The following morning had come it was around 8:00am all members of Delta had woke up at this time all members were having breakfast together it was quiet at the table.
Izuku: Hey how about we have a barbeque today and invite Echo and foxtrot
