Sai and Yamato

We made our way to the rendezvous point to find Naruto and Sakura glaring at a new person as a another Jonin was debriefing them , he noticed us and nodded " right on time . Team Ao will be our support " .

Naruto and Sakura looked back to see us ,  they both smiled with relief . My eyes landed on the stranger , plain white porcelain skin that was balanced by pitch black hair and eyes . He was styling a obvious fake smile which made me feel uneasy , there's no need to smile in this situation yet he is smiling like he is with family that he despises .

The Jonin spoke "I am captain Yamato , I will be in charge of team Kakashi . You may already know Naruto and Sakura , the other member is Sai " . My mother nodded and smiled " I'm Ao Yamanaka , please just call me Ao sensei , these are my students . Takashi introduced himself first "I'm Takashi    " , Kaede introduced herself next " I'm Kaede , nice to meet you !" I glanced at Kaede and smiled a little bit , she really did change . I then introduced myself " I'm Sora "

Captain Yamato nodded " okay , we all know our assignment , go home and gear up.  We will leave after we meet up at the front gate "  Sai and Naruto immediately left not wanting to be around each other , Sakura sighed and then looked at  me . She gave me a soft smile which I returned before she left aswell , Kaede snickered and playfully elbowed me . My mom nodded at Yamato who nodded back , she looked at me " go pack so long . I have a meeting with Lady Tsunade " . I raised my eyebrow but said nothing as my team made their way home to prepare for the mission .

I couldn't help but think about that odd character Sai , I then noticed him entering a building which must be where he lives . I bit my lip and made my way into the tree area beside his place . I needed to settle this uneasy feeling by finding out who he was or what he was here for , a ginger cat joined me in the tree as it sat on my lap . I sighed with pity , remembering my black cat Kuro who has been avoiding me since I've returned , must be because I was gone for so long. 

I watched quietly as Sai prepared his bags like we all would normally do , suddenly a masked figure appeared in his room with a cream cloak , he made it seem like he was attacking Sai but when he spoke he said "very good . Never drop your guard " after they stepped back from one another Sai asked " what do you need sir ?" . The cloaked man said nothing as he passed the envelope to Sai , Sai slowly pulled the piece of paper out and was shocked by its contents . The tree I was in didn't grow in an angle so I couldn't see what was on the paper which made me click my tongue in annoyance.  The ginger cat got up and stretched making its way out the tree , the masked man spoke "listen , the secret mission you are on is directed by lord danzo "

The masked man suddenly turned his head and threw a kunai at the tree just nearly missing the poor Ginger cat , the poor cat was terrified and flew out the tree like it was electrocuted . The masked man sighed " just a cat " and turned back to Sai to talk . I looked at where the kunai was plunged into the branch , unexpectedly that cat saved my ass . I watched the last bit of their conversation with one question in my mind , who was Lord Danzo ?

After I made sure it was clear , I climbed off the tree and walked home to prepare.  It seemed like my suspension was correct , Sai isn't here to help Naruto but to utilize the teams' assignment to complete his own mission he was given by a root black op soldier .

I made my way home to find it empty , dad must be on a mission aswell and mom is still by lady Tsunade.  I heard a meow and saw kuro walking my way , I smiled happily " have you forgiven me ?" I crouched down and opened my arms to him , once he got close he began to sniff my clothes , i wanted to just pick him up and cuddle him . He immediately growled and ran off , I looked down to see the orange cat hair on my clothing . That ginger didn't save me , he set me up for failure !!
