What's next ?

A few weeks went by as April continued to upset Sakura with her antics , she was always around me and never have Sakura the chance to be alone with me . It was very obvious that Sakura was upset but didn't say anything,  maybe she didn't want to be rude or figured that April will be leaving soon anyway .

One early morning , a knock on my window startled me from my sleep . Confused and groggy , I walked over to it and opened the curtains to find Sakura who was sitting by the window " can I come in ?" She asked .

I nodded still trying to wake up , she slipped into my room and looked around at the unmade bed and partial untidy room . She turned back to me and her calm face turned into one of shock with beet red cheeks . It's obvious why , I sleep only in boxer shorts and a necklace .

I rubbed my eyes still trying to wake up " Sakura...what's wrong ? Why did you wake me so early..." I complained , Kuro meowed from the bed , complaining aswell .

Sakura looked away from me " I just wanted to talk to you , without April budding in "

I nodded , understanding what she meant as I walked over to my dresser and took a t-shirt out . I put it on and sat on my bed , running my fingers through my bed hair to fix it alittle " she's doing it on purpose " I mentioned.

Sakura's head snapped to me " what are you talking about ?" I sighed trying to stiffel a yawn " she saw some sort of reaction from you on the day she came to our table , she seemed to like your discomfort and is purposely doing it "

" but why ? What is her problem with me ?"

oh come on , how should I know ? I just woke up .
"She said something about 'love rival' or whatever . I don't know "

I laid back down on my bed as Kuro crawled over and nuzzled into the crook of my neck , Sakura sat beside me " and it doesn't bother you ? The way she touches you and hugs you?"

I thought about it " its nothing that goes over the lines or makes me uncomfortable "

Sakura clicked her tongue and looked down at me with a frustrated expression " are you two ....dating ?"

"Hell no " I sat up , upsetting kuro in the process. " I don't even know her that well , why are you so upset by this ?"

Sakura froze up and looked down " I'm...I'm not "

I frowned and leaned forward " come on Sakura , I've known you for years now . It's pretty obvious that this girl is getting on your nerves "

Sakura bit her lip , not ready to tell me what it was that was bothering her " ...why do you let her do it ? You see how it upsets me but you just let her do it "

I sighed and looked out the window " maybe it's because no ones showed interest in me like that , maybe I don't want that sort of interaction to stop "

Sakura head snapped towards me , her face was twisted with shock , confusion and even hurt .

I stood and walked to the window and hid my expressions from her , I closed my eyes and sighed . " April is leaving today anyways . You won't have to be bothered by her again "

" Sora..."

" I gotta get ready " I quickly stated before walking over to my dresser and pulling out my clothes , I looked to Sakura who was watching me with concern . I raised my eyebrow " are you going to stay ?"

Sakura quickly stood " oh...I'll wait for you outside and we can walk together " she made her way out my window before closing it .

I leaned against the dresser almost week kneed you don't like other girls showing interest in me but you won't even bother to try to ask me out , what must I do then ?

I got dressed and made my way down , to be met with April at my dinner table , eating breakfast with my parents.  I froze on the stairs " What...is going on ?"

April smiled " I wanted to ask if you know me enough now .."

My mother gave such a obvious smirk but hid it with her coffee cup " April here , wants to go on a date with you Sora . Today before she leaves "

Remembering that Sakura is waiting just outside doesn't make this morning any easier .
