Trapped Library

After a very long and intense training experience I quickly showered at a local bath house ,  I then rushed to the Library as the sun set . Sakura was sitting outside the library waiting and looking around , I caught up to her and rubbed the back of my neck " sorry for being so late , did you wait long ?" , Sakura shook her head and smiled "no I just got here ". But based on her posture , her facial expression and tone , she was lying .

We both walked into the library,  the librarian watched us walk in " Library will close in 2 hours , I will lock you in if you don't leave by then " , Sakura nodded " understood ".  We walked around the columns but because the library was so large we decided to split up to find the books we were after , I wondered the lower coloums as Sakura went upstairs . I  found the logic aisle,and searched for the famous Ninja Sin Collection for my next read , I constantly felt eyes on me but when I looked for the source I didn't see anyone . I began to suspect that it was the librarian as she was acting strange when we entered the library like a weirdo , I found the book I was looking for and pulled it out from the shelves. 

I turned around and Sakura was immediately there , in fright I lifted the book up ready to whack her . She quickly put her hands up defensively " it's me " . I sighed with relief and lowered my arms " geez Sakura , you don't need silent footsteps to approach friends . I almost hit you with 2000  pages worth of knowledge "

Sakura paled at the thought " I'm sorry..." , I smiled " did you find the book you were looking for ?" , Sakura frowned and shook her head "no , I think it's been rented out already " . Curiously I asked "what is the book you are after ?" , Sakura blushed all sorts of shades "I...um...well...the title doesn't matter !!"

I was taken aback by her sudden outburst,  I sweatdropped " ah...okay then ..." . Suddenly all the lights shut off and it went dark instantly , Sakura and I both jumped in our skins and looked around . " has it been 2 hours already ?"I asked , Sakura's breathing got heavier out of fear "I think so ...it's so dark in here I can't see a thing " . I reached out in the darkness and found her arm , I pulled her closer to give her comfort . "Don't worry , I have a light source in my pouch . Ironically for emergencies like this " . I reached into my pouch and pulled out a flashlight , I switched it on as it lit the area infront of us  . Sakura sighed with relief " The library is freaky at night , I'm glad I'm not alone in here "

I chuckled "I doubt having me here will increase your bravery level " , Sakura smiled and leaned into my arm " it does ....alot  " . We made our way to the front doors but couldn't unlock the doors as it needed a specifically key shape , I sighed and sat against the librarians desk which was situated right beside the door "guess we have to wait till morning then ".

Sakura blushed and sat down beside me , she looked around at the Librarian's desk and suddenly jumped with a screech " Huh !?  INO PIG!" . Completely lost I looked where she was looking and found the book rental page , there around lunch time was stamped " How to make your crush like you " rented by Ino Yamanaka . I raised my eyebrow and looked at Sakura "is that the book you were after " . Sakura grumbled embarrassed and sat down , I suddenly chuckled "ino pig...a very creative name for her "

Sakura seemed surprised " You ...aren't mad that I call your cousin names ?" , I shook my head and pulled my knees up "we aren't close , infact I would say we hate one another . "I smirked "if you ever need a partner in crime to screw with her , call me ".

Sakura rested her head on my shoulder with a smile before  yawned into her hand "I will ..."
