Dan: When You Babysit (Part 2)

Dan:

"Dil?" You knocked on the door to your bathroom. "Come out. Please?"

"Nuh-uh! Lizard face will come and have me as a snack!"

"I'm sure Natalie won't eat you." You chuckled.

"You haven't seen her in her true form! She pukes green slime, her tongue is long, she has mean yellow eyes!"

"Brother!" You heard a voice from behind you. You turned to see Natalie, rubbing her eye with one hand and holding her blanket in the other.

Dil fell silent.

Natalie tried turning the doorknob, but couldn't reach. You picked her up and let her turn it.

"Brother silly!" She giggled and pointed at Dil when the door opened.

Dil screeched and ran away.

It was like this for 2 days.

"Dan, thanks for coming!" You hugged your boyfriend.

"Of course, Princess!"  He smiled.

"I'm sorry that it's on such short notice, but work is busy today."

"It's no problem."

"Great! I should be back in 3 hours. Dil! Natalie!" You yelled. You yawned and rubbed your eyes.

Dil came from your bedroom on his tippy toes.

"Dil, wh-"

"Shh! Baby Godzilla's asleep!" He then looked at Dan. "Who are you?"

"Y/N is going to work so I'm babysitting for a few hours! Right Y- Y/N?" He turned and saw you leaning against the door, sleeping. He clapped his hands and you awoke.

"R-Right! I'll..be..back." You yawned and went out the door after kissing Dan.

"Eww!" Dil stuck out his tongue. Dan chuckled. "Grown ups are gross."

"You're going to be doing that one day, too."

"No way! All girls have cooties! Like Natalie."

"Natalie? Your sister?"

"Yes. She has so many cooties she was born a lizard!" He mocked a lizard's tongue.

Dan rolled his eyes. "A lizard."

"You should see her!" Dil motioned for Dan to follow him. Dan did just that. Dil slowly opened the door of the bedroom then hid behind Dan's leg.

Natalie was curled up into a ball covered in her blanket.

"This is Natalie?" He asked Dil. Dil nodded.

Dan suddenly got an idea.

"Dil, wait here for a second. I want to show you something." He went out the room to get his phone.

When he came back, he had a picture open.

"Want to see a real lizard?" He showed Dil a picture of him in his Danosaur costume.

"THAT'S SO MUCH WORSE!" Dil screamed. Natalie opened an eye.

"Big brotha?"

"Natalie! Quick! Hide!" Dil grabbed her arm and ran. "Our babysitter is going to eat us!"

Dan decided to play along.

"Roar! I'm hungry for little kids!" He roared and chased after them.

3 hours later, you opened the door to see the most kawaii scene ever.

Natalie was curled up against Dil and they were napping on the couch.

"Aww!" You cooed. You were fully energized now.

Dan was watching tv. "Shh.." He put a finger to his lips and smiled.

"You did a wonderful job, Dan!" You walked over and hugged him.

"Thanks. They're nice kids." He looked over at them.

"Thanks for watching over them."

But what you didn't know was that this whole experience made him want kids...of his own.
