When You Redecorate

A/N I know this is going to be short so sorry!

Dan:

"No, I think that part goes there!" Dan took the drill from you. You shook your head.

"Clearly you can't read instructions!"

You were trying to put together a dresser for your new room.

"Stupid IKEA!" Dan sighed and put the drill down.

You picked up the instruction manual again for the literal 47th time. You've been at this for hours.

"We have more stuff to do!" You realized.

"I know." Dan looked at you. "Don't worry. We'll figure this out."

"How? We can't agree on anything."

"Why don't you go and take a nap while I figure this out."

"Okay." You went into his room and laid down on his bed.

"Now this piece goes here...and...that piece...Perfect!"

What you had gotten done so far fell down. Dan banged his head against the wall.

Phil

You put down the paintbrush and wiped your forehead.

"I'm going to go get us some tea." Phil put down his paintbrush. He kissed your cheek and went out.

You looked down at your maroon-stained overalls.

You were on the last wall! It had taken a couple hours, but it all would pay off soon.

Phil came back with the tea.

"Thanks."

Phil sipped his tea. He smirked when he got an idea.

"Hey Y/N!" Phil hummed.

"Yeah?" You looked at him.

You were suddenly hit with a mass of paint! Luckily, you had your mouth closed, because it hit you in the face.

"This means war, Lester!" You laughed and dipped your paintbrush in the paint.

The war continued until you realized that you two had to clean the paint up.
