P.S. This was actually a story idea I had! The book was called "Love Is Love 》 Willico!"

"Nico!" Persephone knocked on Nico's door. There was no response. She sighed, immediately knowing why.

She opened the door, a clearly angry Nico shown lying on his bed, headphones in and laying in his jeans, socks and undershirt. He tore off his headphones.

"What?" he asks, his eyes bouncing around his room, trying to avoid any eye contact with the woman he was now mad at for "disrespecting his privacy."

"It's dinner, come eat." Persephone smiled motherly in return.

"No, thanks." Nico scoffs.

"Not a question."

"Why? It's early, like, five o' clock."

"It's six-fifteen, dinner time. C'mon."

Nico growls, but stands nonetheless to eat, taking a break from Imagine Dragons and Panic! At The Disco.

Once in the dining room, Persephone was already mowing down elegantly on chicken wings and rice, Nico's only question is how? He sat at the other end of the table, looking down at his plate. He wasn't feeling hungry, but figured he's lucky to have food.

He took a bite and immediately spit it back out.

"Manners, Nico!" Persephone's distorted face expressed disgust.

"That tastes like school food. What'd you do to it?"

"I tried a new sauce."

"It's gross."

"Stop complaining and eat it."

"It's not hungry."

"Eat it, Nico."

Nico sighed, and picked up his fork.

He picked at it, groaning to himself.

When he was done, he went straight back to his room, slipping his headphones back on. He figured Persephone would leave him alone this time, as he needed.

His headphones were his safe space. They were a boundary. If they were in, no one would talk to him -- or at least, wasn't supposed to.

He laid back down on his back, staying up at the ceiling. He took a deep breath and exhaled loudly. Life was overwhelming.

After about thirty minutes, he was in a better mood after being irritated by his stepmother. However, his phone started beeping, interrupting his song.

Nico huffed and looked at his phone, but his annoyance evaporated when he noticed it was Will who messaged him.

He smiled, Oh. I don't mind being overwhelmed around him right now.
