Trans!Nico X Percy

"Nico!" Piper chirped, bouncing into my cabin.

I scowled, "What?"

"I wanted to know if you could do my makeup, since you're a fellow lady." She giggled.

I stared at her in disbelief. That hurt.

"What is. . ." I couldn't finish my sentence. Did she just do that to me?

She awaited my response. "I'm not a girl." I said, my eyes glossing over and my angry voice cracking.

"Yeah, you are. . . You were born a girl. You are what you're born as. Like a lizard, born a lizard. A flower born a flower. A girl born a girl. You don't have to help, though, I'll just go ask Hazel." With that, she left my cabin.

I can't believe she just did that.

I immediately texted my boyfriend.

Nico: Percy, please come to my cabin.

Percy: why, are you okay?

Nico: NOW.

When Percy got there, Nico was about ready to burst in tears. He ran up and hugged the son of the sea god. Percy held on tight, not sure what to say. So he sat Nico down and calmed his down, trying to get him to talk.

"I know Jason was gonna tell her, but I didn't know she'd start calling me a woman and asking me to do her makeup." he complains with a pathetic feeling.

"Hey, it's okay. She's just being rude."

"I know, but it doesn't make anything any easier. Dysphoria is bad as it is, but to have people deny you too?"

"Nico, look at me," He did. "Are you a boy?"

Nico furrowed his eyebrows.

Percy asked again, "Are you a boy?"

"Not on the outside."

"That wasn't my question."

Nico sniffled, "Yes."

"Then you're a male. A boy is a boy. If you know that's what you are, then that's what you are. Don't let anyone tell you otherwise. You're a guy. Okay?"

Nico nodded. He knew Percy's point, and got the message. I'm a boy, and this is my body, therefore it's a boy's body. A boy is a boy, no matter what body.

"Thanks." Nico said, looking down with a blush. Percy embraced him in a hug, kissing his cheek delicately.

"Love you."

"Love you, too, Perce."

Percy held his boyfriend for a bit longer, until it was time to eat. Then they walked, hand-in-hand, two boys, past every table and past Piper, to Cabin 13's table. They sat together and messed around, and ate their food, together and without a care in the world.
